As promised back in December, I have resurrected the use of the Flushing feature in the database.

At the first of every month (save January, 'cuz I'm not gonna be functional on January 1st :P), I flush the Apprentices who have taken over 3.5 weeks to complete their Phase One and Phase Two training.

This task was recently completed. Expect it to keep happening. Hopefully, when I'm given the go-ahead on the new Envoy system, very few people will need to be flushed. ;)
