House Byss Quaestor Report

The chambers of Jonaleth Isradia reflected their owner perfectly: small, durable and with purpose. The room was situated on the outer rim of the fortified citadel of House Byss, on the planet of Eden. Around him, the chamber was decorated in whites, beiges and creams, all the furniture was minimalistic but comfortable, and the dimunitive Nimdan sat cross-legged, eyes closed in meditation.

What News, Jedi Bant?

ØHouse Ziost, is in grave danger with lack of members.

ØKhan is our house Envoy until someone else accepts the job.

ØA new GJW is on the way.

ØOur new Chancellor is William MisFit Flechette.

ØTrevarus Caerick is the new Oracle, editor of the Dark Voice.

ØJac has returned from leave.

ØAnyone who had IWATS courses on their file before the split can now have the accredited via medals. Contact KPN Kaiann ([Log in to view e-mail addresses]) to request them.

ØJac and Gilkane have returned from leave.

ØMy name is changed to Jonaleth Isradia.

What of the House?

ØWe have an egroup [Log in to view e-mail addresses] - that is for all members to use.

ØSignatures, Crests and Portraits are being found for all current and future Byss members. If you wish to find your own, check http://www.renderosity.com. Use them in official communications, and send them to myself for cataloguing, if you desire. PRT Lugh has also volunteered to create signature banners for anyone who wants them.

ØThe identity of House Byss has been made out as the spies, informants and information gatherers of the Dark Brotherhood. With this in mind, we can tailor our writings, beliefs and works to fit this unique flavour.

ØDont forget to CC me on all the work you submit to anyone, so I can track what youre doing.

ØIm dismayed by the lack of activity in the House, yet no-one has said anything to me to indicate any problems.

ØKMT: Never Ending Combat write a poem about the conflict between the Light and Dark Jedi, its origins, history, form etc. 20 lines minimum, submit to Tiss: ([Log in to view e-mail addresses]).

ØKMT: And Now For Something A Little Less Pleasant Write a platy/script about a very dark subject such as death, torture, pestilence etc. No light and fluffy stuff. Describe the characters and use directions and angles as in a real script. Submit in .txt to Ciara ([Log in to view e-mail addresses]).

ØCLAN COMPETITION: Write the story of how Khan recovered Exar Kuns lightsaber from Yavin IV and sealed the tomb. See our run on for background information. Submit to him. Winner will be who keeps Khan most in character. No deadline submitted.

Has anyone excelled or failed impressively?

ØDJK Brenn has posted to the Run On but has killed of his character. We await with anticipation to see his next masterpiece!

ØPRT Sinjin been inactive for this week. Next week he will be removed.

ØDJK Erryc Lassiter has returned posted to the egroup, but has otherwise been mysteriously absent. I wonder why? I have been told little at present, though I imagine his move has something to do with it.

ØJH Lugh Luanna has been present on the run-on and message boards, has submitted to the Neverending Combat competition.

ØNOV Bartleby has been in-active this week. He will be removed next week.

ØNOV Zion Krior been in-active this week. He will be removed next week.

ØACO Maris Kren has been in-active this week. He will be removed next week.

ØACO Seiryte has been active on the egroup this week and has been appointed new Tetrarch of Exars Shadow for his exemplary work! Congratulations Seiryte, you will go far!

ØACO Mako is on leave now for the next two weeks.

ØAPP Kenji Scard has quiet this week and has submitted his character history after contacting me! Soon he will be promoted to Novice, then, on to Acolyte!

ØACO Relhok Nek has joined us from the Shadow Academy!

What are your thoughts?

ØIve learned that Star Wars Galaxies will not reach England till December this year! Im very annoyed at this, but am already planning my character for it.

ØIve played and completed Jedi Academy, and am now trying to learn to build levels in GTK Radiant for it, but Im having difficulty. If anyone knows of any tutorials for it, good ones, preferably downloadable, PLEASE LET ME KNOW.
