Prophecy Phyle Report #9

(Sorry for the late report, I hope you’ll forgive me :P)

Strategos was sitting at the computer in his office with a bored look on his face. Although it was a lot of fun being a Tetrarch and being able to tell people what to do, he had never liked the weekly reports. And I don’t think I ever will like them, he thought. Oh well, some things are less pleasant than others and nevertheless need to be done. The sooner I finish this bloody thing, the better…

The Tetrarch typed a few commands on his keyboard, pushed a few buttons on his computer screen with integrated webcam, and suddenly the image of his face was visible on all screens throughout the Qel-Droma base, and his voice was audible through all the speakers.

“Greetings, my Tyros and anyone else who just happens to be listening, this is your Prophecy Tetrarch speaking. I wish you a very pleasant flight. We are currently orbiting our sun at a speed of forty thousand… Nah, just kidding, this isn’t an airplane! However, it is my ninth official report as Tetrarch of the Prophecy Phyle, and I hope all of you are listening carefully.”

“News: Quite a lot of things have been going on in the past week. Firstly, Qel-Droma has lost its summit. It came as quite a shock that both of them disappeared so suddenly. Tiss resigned from her Quaestor position and left Arcona following a big argument with the rest of the Clan summit and certain other people; I will not give a detailed report on this, for more information you should check Tiss’ (and other people’s) mails on the subject. We’ll miss her greatly, and I sincerely hope she’ll return someday.”

“The departure of our Aedile, Cyris, is a bit less sad. We are, of course, very grieved to see him go, but we’re also very proud of him, since he’s reached the Dark Council as Combat Master! Big congrats, man, and I know you’ll do a great job as CM! :)”

“However, our lack of House Summit won’t last long. Qel-Droma has already found a new Quaestor in Azazel (an ex-Prophecy Tyro, by the way :P). Congrats man! Our lack of Aedile will not last very long either, since Mejas, JaM3z and Azazel are currently taking applications for the position. I wish the new Aedile, whoever it may be, the best of luck in his new position :)”

“Competitions: Though there might not be a large Feud or Great Jedi War going on at the moment, there is still more than enough to do. Check out http://www.darkjedibrotherhood.org/dbjedi/competitions.asp for more information. One especially fun competition is the Anagram Challenge by Kaiann, and I recommend you all to do it. “Awards/Promotions: Not very much on that, this week. No Prophecy members were promoted, but there were still some medals. I received one CF for victories in the 10/25 ICTE, Haste Black received one CF for victories in the Arcona/CSK Feud a couple of months ago, and Vassan Rokir received a Cr-S for winning the Force Adept competition, run by Tiss. Congrats to all of you!”

“Oh, and before I forget it, Vassan has also passed the ICQ Course and the MSN Messenger course at the Shadow Academy. Keep up the good work, man! :)”

“Now, I am only left with one thing: the Phyle Roster. No changes were made in it this week, so it’s still very much the same :P”

Having said those words, Strategos ended the transmission, and returned to things that really mattered. Ordering some Twi’lek females for tonight, for example…
