Hey everybody! I'm your new Tetrarch, Pichpemmetonhet, and this will be my first report. In it I will outline what I hope to accomplish as Tetrarch, and how you can help with my goals.

Firstly, I would like EVERYONE to be a member of the phyle. There are currently three members of the Phyle, including myself. THREE! I don't care what your excuse is, if you wat to be an active member in the House, you should be in the Phyle. We can't win big competitions if our House has no representatives, and that is what our Phyle is. So you should all be members of the Phyle. Period.

Secondly, I would like to increase participation in competitions. We can become one of the great Houses if we all participate in all of the competitions we are allowed to enter, even if we don't always win. Also, try and find other ways to be active around the Brotherhood. Join the ACC, take exams at the Shadow Academy, post on the message board. The more active you are, the more people notice you, and that is how you get on the fast track.

Thirdly, I would like everyone to increase their communication among the House by going out of their way to greet new members and congratulate people on their accomplishments as much as possible. If people do not feel like part of our group, they will gradually phase out of it and go to another one. Simple as that.
