I've had a very hard time the past week and a half. Really, ever since I had planned to return from a brief LoA during Thanksgiving, I have been bombarded by life. I'm a very steady person too, irl. There's not much that has ever been able to really throw me off course of my daily routine, but this last week was the exception.

I think the key culprit was the Crossings at the Park website that I had to 
do for my Dad. He gave me the information for the site on Sunday and needed 
it completed by Wednesday morning. I had to pull and all-nighter on Tuesday 
night to finish it. Then on top of that I had to pull another all-nighter on 
Wednesday to finish a lab, a paper and a ton of homework, all due the next 
day. This is not to mention that I was working 6 hours and going to class 
for 4 hours each day. And the Girlfriend still expected me to be around  

To put the finishing touches on Kill Jac Week™ it was Ingress week for my 
Fraternity. Being that we had an 11 man pledge class, the events took a lot 
longer than normal.  

I had ZERO free time.

Today I am posting my thirtieth report as Deputy Grand Master. I think in all my career I have never been as good at writing reports as I am now. I have only missed a few in the past 5 or 6 months. That is something I have definitely improved on since my days as GM and Consul. I also believe 30 is the largest number of reports written by a single DGM.

A few weeks ago I felt the urge to work on something for myself a bit, and I 
came up finally with a new version of my GoA. My old one was made in Paint a 
long time ago, and has since been lost within the depths of DVs 8-13. I 
tried to keep it old-schoolish. In order to do that...I broke some rules 
(with Kaine's approval of course). Here it is:

Fun huh? It actually combines the real life crest of my family (Coutinho, 
the shield, helm and lion) with the crest of my Fraternity (Pi Kappa Alpha, 
all the other stuff). yaaaay.

Unfortunately for the DB, I will be going on another LoA, starting this Saturday and extending till the Saturday after. I am going skiing out in Colorado!
