House Byss Quaestor Report

Krath Pontifex Jonaleth Isradia was stately behind his desk of dark, varnished mahogany, a grim apparition of shadows and robes, whose features were sharply outlined in the faint light fading in through drawn curtains. The Barons sapphire blue eyes blazed in the darkness, lit by a light of their own as the SecondMaster of Byss looked down on the antique paper journal before him, and began to write his weekly status report in a smooth, flowing letters

The state of the Brotherhood

ØApplications are open for P:OHC and M:OHC one of which I'm going for ;-)

ØThe Capital Gains competition means that now, finally, and with thanks of our illustrious leader Khan, by his genius CEK now has two excellent ships at its disposal!

ØMany of the DC are on leave right now, so be patient if you contact them.

ØThe identity of House Byss is the spies, informants and information gatherers of the Dark Brotherhood. With this in mind, we can tailor our writings, beliefs and works to fit this unique flavour.

ØThere may soon be a THIRD phyle being created in Byss, if growth keeps up this way.

ØHouse Ziost and House Korriban have been merged into a single House Ziost with our brother Khaland at the head.

ØIn-case you dont know, your Quaestor is a real life scrooge of Christmas, so dont go giving me Christmas cheer please! Its not appreciated nor is it a jest ;-)

ØDJK Valon Perenor has posted to the message board this week.

ØKP Erryc Lassiter has been returned to us this week (for good this time I hope) and has resumed his Aedile duties. He has also written a bastardisation of The Night Before Christmas which is quite amusing check it out on the CEK message board.

ØDJK Vithril has been active this week on the egroup and message boards, has spoken to me several times on Yahoo! Messenger and has passed his Krath Run-On course.

ØNOV Bartleby is at sea at the moment. He is considered on leave for the moment.

ØPRT Seiryte has spoken to me concerning the Love Song for a Jedi competition this week.

ØPRT Mako Henymory has been active over the message boards and egroup, has submitted to the Gift competition.

My thoughts given form

ØIm half way through modelling the Dark Hall of Antei for Jedi Academy, but I've lost my momentum, so its going slower now without help.

ØLegacy of Kain: Defiance will be out in England soon, and Im getting all goose pimply in anticipation!

ØI bought KOTOR this week, and sent it back two days later for being absolutely FULL of bugs and errors that drove me insane!

ØIm building Character Sheets for Byss members using the Wizards of the Coast revised rules that can be displayed on the Byss website. Contact me if youd like to see something specific in there, or Ill simply do a best guess based on your history on the DB site. If you dont have a history there, you dont get a character sheet.

ØAll ranks up to Protector (INI, APP, NOV & ACO) will be directly trained by ME. Once the rank of Protector is reached, the PRT must then ask a DJK+ rank to train them through the Trials of Knighthood, as a Master wont be assigned, but must be picked by the trainee with the trainers say so. This is because one must WANT to be a DJK, not simply wait for it to happen. Available masters include: Myself, Erryc, Vithril, Sirius and Valon.
