After a little clarification from Knight Camile, it has been agreed that the system I laid out does pretty much constitute a point system.

I will continue to award Course Teachers who perform with exemplary splendour in their assigned tasks, as well as the other members of my staff, to the best of my ability. Hopefully, the awards you all deserve speed through the office of the Chancellor with all speed and dexterity, never to fear the wrath of the DENIED! stamp.
