Welcome to the Christmas edition of Ziost weekly straight from the desk of yours truely.

Its been just over a week now since the Sith and Obelisk merged into Ziost and I must say I am impressed. The Obelisk and Sith of Clan Exar Kun have been sitting in a dorment state for some time now, but I am more than happy to see each of you standing up one by one and showing the sort of activity that is needed to make Ziost one of the most impressive House's the DB will ever see.

If you look at the roster you will see that I deleted both of the old battle-teams and opened up 3 new ones. A fresh start for a fresh house. These are <font color="0000FF">Black Illusion Brigade </font>and <font color="0000FF">Shadow Wraith Brigade</font> for the Obelisk and <font color="FF0000">Ossus Faith Squadron</font> for the Sith.

With New battle-teams comes new Commander's. I would like to Congratulate <font color="0000FF">Acolyte Darktraveller</font> and <font color="0000FF">Templar Vally Tamalar</font> on their positions as our new Brigade Commanders.

There has been another major change within Ziost this week, With the growing of House numbers I have decided to appoint an Aedile. The Aedile is second in command of a House and my direct apprentice. So without further adue let me welcome you all to <font color="FF0000">Jedi Hunter KnightofRage</font> Ziost's first ever Aedile. <font color="FF0000">Knight</font> has my complete faith and I am already aware that he has great plans for Ziost.

An Understudy is someone that has not reached the rank of Acolyte. Reaching this rank is a simple task. From now on all Apprentices and Novices will fall directly too me and within this section of my report I will detail the ways you can gain your rank.

For those that are ranked Apprentice, Novice can be reached in one of three ways:-
Login to the DJB database using your pin and password and complete your ficitional history.
Submit a pilot file or JK/JKII/JA screenshot showing activity.
Complete the Test of Skill within the Shadow Academy.
Either one of these will grant you the rank of Novice.

For those that are ranked Novice, Acolyte can be reached in one of two ways:-
Submit some pilot files or JK/JKII/JA screenshots or participate in a DB competition.(Basic Activity)
Complete your Order's CORE exam and another of your choice at the Shadow Acadmey.
