Quick one this week, with all the visitors I had this week, I didn't get to too much DB work (sorry Vail :-P).

The big one of the week is the survey for new members - this was targeted at a specific group (6 weeks or less since graduation) in the hopes of finding out how to better make Academy graduate rates into GRD+ longterm active members.

There's quite some time left to answer, but I've already got a few early trends - interesting ones at that. Some values were quite unexpected.

I hope a bunch more of the new folks will answer - QUAs and CONs, please poke your members a bit if they've joined in Nov or Dec. The more answers, the better results.

You'll get more from this corner late Jan or early Feb when I've presented the final results to the DC and Consuls.
