Well I log on and find myself the new SGT of Crimson Dawn. I can tell you that it's refreshing to be back. CD was my first Battleteam when I joined the Dark Brotherhood, and I'm happy to be returning. Here's the basic breakdown of what has happened. Since the Merging of the Sith and the Obelisk, people have been changed and reordered around. BratStone is back as the Obelisk Battleteam Leader. He essentially has control of both battleteams. Since there are 2, I have been sent back to lead Crimson Dawn.
Some issues i want to take care of right now. When I was the SGT of Vashino, there was alot of inactivity going around. We basically had the SGT as the only person contributing and showing activity. Another member didn't have that great of a connection and consequently couldn't play games. I know that in CD there are alot more people that are active. For one, your last SGT Draynor, was an example for activity. I would like more of you to emulate his example. Consequently, inactivity will lead to reprimands. I advise you all to do something, whether it is a bit of writing or playing at least one game per month.
To keep track of activity, I am requiring that every member of this battlegroup keep an activity record. This is a small thing, most likely a txt file that has all the games you played for the week, scores of those games, any shadow academy test that you may have taken and passed, etc. It isn't that much of a hassle. Please send one to me every week. It will make my job easier to be able to know what each one of you guys has done. Remember, lots of activity or activity in general is great for the brotherhood. By submitting me these activity reports you have increased chances of receiving medals or promotions. The choice is yours.
### Competitions
There is also going to be subtle changes within the battlegroups. I have been asked to tell you guys that mottos and even battleteam names can be changed. As a result of revamping the order, we are most likely going to have a competition among you guys for what you would like to have. Keep your heads up about this, as it will hit you guys soon in the future.
The Rites of Supremacy is still going on. So far, only Arso, BratStone, and myself have actually competed in this competition. Currently, CSK is 5th, and in process of possibly becoming 4th in the Clan. Please people I want you all to participate in this event. It not only helps the order, but yourself as games are awarded Cluster of Fires and who knows what else. The main competition is held in #bloodrites in mIRC, but you can also challenge and play outsife mIRC as long as the match is reported directly to Khobai or by using the DJB reporting adminsitration found under your own login.
As always, the ICTE takes place every Saturday in #outerrim from 4pm EST to whenever people stop playing. It is a great way to increase activity as well as receive clusters. For the 1st 2nd and 3rd most active people, Crescents will be awarded. This is a great opportunity. In addition, the GMRG is offering an open competition Tuesdays in #gmrg. Basically the rules and awards are the same as the ICTE.
Once again, I am glad to be back in the Crimson Dawn. I hope that CD will prosper in activity and recognition. Lets show the DB what we've got!
