Another point is that Mejas is losing the server that the current form is hosted on. We may be able to transfer it to the HRLD office, but the current link may expire before that gets done.
For now, use the form. When that doesn't work we will not be accepting GoA Requests until we announce we are ready.
Other News
The HRLD office will move, eventually. My secluded palace on Ralltiir has been discovered by... certain Jedi. I'll need to relocate before he can come back.
In NON-RPG terms: Eventually I'll have my own web server running. I will have a whole new look for the HRLD site and a whole new address.

The first line is a reference to Public Enemy/Anthrax "Bring The Noise".
The "Good news everyone..." is a reference to Prof. Farnsworth in Futurama. He starts off every meeting with that line.
