Chamber of Justice Communique #004

Greetings Ladies and Gentlemen of the Brotherhood,

    Obviously you've all noticed that generally the only time I make announcements, is the time when there is a matter of utmost importance for the Dark Brotherhood at hand.  Such a time, is now.  



    We've probably all heard of the recent 'situation' involving the meteoric rise to infamy of a certain "family" unit within the Dark Brotherhood, and we've probably all heard rumours pertaining to one thing or another concerning some of these people.  Officially then, I will tell you, charges have been laid upon ONE member of the aforementioned family, and only ONE.  I will not tolerate witchhunts nor will I tolerate berating of the members of the Dark Brotherhood.  



    On similar lines I come to you the Brotherhood to officially put an **END** to a troubling bit of activity that has seemingly been brought to life.  As such, **henceforth shall it be known** that INTERNAL or even EXTERNAL espionage of ANY sort is Illegal.  I have had multiple people offer me their assistance in Cloak and Dagger affairs on our OWN members.  I'm sorry people, but the mere thought of this disgusts me.  This Club, despite our ROLEPLAYING atmosphere is built entirely on trust and friendship. To spy on your friends and neighbours will lower us to a level of those whom we fled.  

    I don't really care if it's in your roleplaying mentality that spying on people fits, from here on out, it doesn't. Nobody should have to worry about their friends spying on them and reporting them to me, that's just absurd.  

    Next, if anyone member of the Dark Brotherhood, from FM to GM has approved or is currently participating in an espionage mission of any sort, I expect you to immediately report to myself and the Lord Chamberlain the details of of said mission and prepare for that mission to end.  



    Finally, I have been told of a number of EH Intel Operatives are currently working within the Brotherhood.  Oh, and just in case you didn't know, I know who you are.  Here's the thing... I just don't care.  You are more than welcome to remain an active and healthy part of the Dark Brotherhood, to this end, I welcome you, and I remind you that WE do not hinder our members in enjoying any online community anywhere, and welcome all members of the Emperor's Hammer into our ranks.  However, what we do not welcome is you insolent little worms attempting to abuse that welcome in order to cause harm to our Club.  Should I find evidence that any member of EH Intel is actively seeking to harm the Dark Brotherhood, I will see to it that your welcome here effectively disappears faster than you can zip up your fly, and it will likely hurt more than the attempt.
