Seeing as how my poor channel has to put up with such abuse, I'm going to be adding one little thing to the running of the GJW.

I would like each Clan to select someone who is highly active in the GJW, and spends a fair deal of time in #shadowacademy. This person will be the Clan's channel op for the duration of the War.

This is designed to ensure we have appropriate behavior, up-to-date topics, and the like.

Each Consul should contact me with the name of the person they have selected, which I will verify is someone active, then add to the oplist for the time being.
