Well, with all the Clans off on their gallavanting crusade for territory in our Great Jedi War, all is peaceful back on Aurora Prime in the Shadow Academy.

For those of you who can spare a minute from your special operations, the College of Lore is accepting applications for Deans. Some slight revisions have been made - the position of Sage has been removed. Deans are now the sole operaters of the College, and will oversee all the areas - no single person will get stuck with one field. We want multiple viewpoints on every piece of work.

No set number of Deans will be hired - we'll simply take the few good people we think are necessary for now. If the College proves to be a major success, more will be taken into the fold.

Applications should be sent to [Log in to view e-mail addresses] and [Log in to view e-mail addresses] by March 24th. They should meet the following criteria:

1. Member of the Dark Brotherhood, any rank

2. Proficient writing skills - to be backed up by the written application itself + 2 supporting pieces of work

3. Email turnaround of no more than 48 hours - the fewer, the better

4. IRC presence

5. MB presence

Each thing must be addressed specifically - don't just give me, "I meet the requirements." RL certifications, qualifications, or works may be cited. If someone is willing to act as a reference, you may include up to (but no more than) 3.

The announcements will be made sometime early next week.

On a somewhat unrelated note... I'm looking for someone who is interested in doing some part-time work for the Shadow Academy. After the dozens of solid hours I spent on getting the new site HTMLized properly, I can't look at those pages with a straight face any more.
