Great Jedi War

Finally everything is ready to roll for the start date at the end of the Independance Games- which end on the 17th. The Sith section is looking good, with a nice diverse range of Single Player- and much more of it than last time in the Third Sith War- and a lot of Multiplayer for all the game platforms, including Allegiance. Don't forget to take a look at the Shadows Rising events of the Independance Games for a bit of a prelude and preview to the story of the Great Jedi War. And don't neglect Event #45 either, its a simple Allegiance Ladder, but has seen little interest so far, so there's basically free medals up for grabs currently! Plus it finishes off the story of the Third Sith War.

Sith Holocron

Well my appologies for the extra week on this, but the Great Jedi War takes priority, as I'm sure you'll all understand- plus I was forced into commitments saturday evening that I would otherwise have rather avoided. Either way, I managed to pen down another couple of chapters, with the chapters on both the Sith Elders and the Order of Serpentis having been completely. Only half a dozen remain to be done, meaning we're well over half way now to having the content complete, I'll probably put a call out for web designers later this week for help in getting it made flashy with some nice graphics and things to get online as an addition to the Dark Side Compendium.

Clan Battlegroups

I'm up to three Clans having replied to me now. That still leaves four, so if the rest of you could get back to me that would be most appreciated- I really need this information to make the Great Jedi War a little more consistent, as it would be nice to use the actual squadrons you choose in the Single Player, but otherwise we'll have to stick with my made up squadrons... so its in your interests.

I have so far only recieved fleet details for Clan Taldryan, Clan Scholae Palatinae and Clan Naga Sadow. That means I need information back from the rest!

The Empire and the Military

Well judging by the almost universal feedback we're going to be keeping out of the Empire and not making any use of Imperial ranks anytime soon. I must say I am pleased, as that is the way I wanted things to work, the most we'll be doing then is having a few honourary positions for the leaders of some of the Battlegroups and Fleets. The Grand Master, for example, is the Lord Commander of the Armies of the Brotherhood, not really a rank or position, but a nice fictional tie to the military.
