I'd like to thank Firefox for entrusting me with the future direction of my home Clan, Arcona.
Tarkin and Khobai were both good leaders in their own right, but they made some choices that bred mistrust and seeded enmity. These choices led to their unfortunate removal.
It is my duty to try and correct these errors, and restore Arcona to a higher standard.
Arcona is an amazing Clan, made up of amazing people. It has two reputations - one of skill and dedication; and one of arrogance and misbehaving. Everyone should have fun, but it should not be at the cost of anyone else's enjoyment of their time in the DB. Therefore, I will be striving to help the Clan eliminate the latter of those two reputations.
I'll be in touch with the entire Clan shortly to discuss our goals as a unit. I'm not here to be a heartless dictator, and impose the authority of the Dark Council on Arcona - I'm here to reaffirm the respect that every member of the Brotherhood should be afforded will come from within the Clan.
I know there is a great deal of talent, pride, and a general feeling of fun in Clan Arcona - and I hope to continue that trend.
Once again, thanks to Firefox for this opportunity, and here's to the glory of Arcona. ;)

While on the subject of bad choices, your first mistake as Consul was to insult your predecessors.
People in Arcona will not take kindly to you speaking about me and Tarkin in a negative context : )

Oh, I just like to point out that Mage didn't insult anyone, he just happens to agree with 90% of the DB on this issue.

Frey you really are ignorant. I wasn't removed because you hated me, I was removed because I wasn't willing to cooperate with a stagnant Dark Council.
My removal is the first of a series. You can expect other Consuls/Proconsuls to be removed and replaced with people who "conform" with the Dark Council.
Khobs, i dont think its so much about conformity as it is about making sure others have a good experience. I know we havent always (heh, almost never) seen eye to eye, but I dont think that any common courtesy or respect has been lost between us so I'm going to give it to you straight, FF is in control, its his call, if you care enough about the DB, just accept it, if he's wrong, then you can have some satisfaction in knowing it wasnt you. Its nothing personal, and if you dont give two hoots, then good for you, but insulting others isnt going to get you your position back. You've got heart, I've seen it when you've argued with me, use it now and take this with dignity.
I never thought I was going to say this, but I am level with fresh. You are a great guy Khob's. You doont really let much bring you down. I can understand your place right now. Removel from a position is like a slap in the face. But fighting over it will just assure that you wont ever get another chance at that job or something higher. I hate to see you go. No matter what anyone say's I was proud to serve with you :-)
Khobs - fresh has put it very nicely, might wanna consider listening to that which he said.
Arania - grow up. Jeez. I'd say almost 90% of Arcona is fiercly loyal to our leaders. I wonder why that could be. Maybe cause they were doing a great job and were great people. I can say that probably every Sith in the Clan will fight for Tarkin and Khobs no matter where they are, be it Battleteam Leader or simply someone leading a round of JK II, or XWA, or XvT. Never will any of them fight for you.
I think you're all a bunch of nancy boys and you should stop the 'my penis is bigger than yours' argument already. :P
