I would just ask why this was posted out here. I could swear we had people here leading us that were above petty personality battles and could deal with this removal as mature adults. Why insist on publically insulting him FF? So what if he does to you, there are ways to deal with that. We don't need to know that his password is changed, simply that he isn't allowed to post anymore. Why leave his comments up if they're such a big deal? Take them down and deal with the removal quietly instead of trying to publicly humiliate him at every turn. Like I said, so what if he says things about you. Just a thought, but I think the comments have been left up so people can check it out for themselves without depending on word of mouth and the usual rumors. If those comments were deleted, you bet that people would complain, too, for not being able to see what happened with their own eyes.

Dagger- Khobai and Tarkin weren't removed because of their activity during the war, it's how they conducted themselves and the clan. Tarkin did not do much up until the war, and that's bad for a CON. Khobai was active, but he violated some rules of the club, and he's only gotten worse. I don't know him as a person, but if his comments I've seen here accurately represent his personality, then FF made a good move in removing him.

I might be kinda late with this but Zoron, honestly, you say FF isnt acting like a grown man? then how would you explain Khobai actions after getting the boot. Dont get me wrong I would be mad if i had just lost my pos but i wouldnt go acting like a teenage hormone bomb.

Most of us are taught at an early age to ignore what is said to us and not to get involved in a war of words. That is the main point I tried to convey in my post.

A little thought: (I have no clue who said this originally, but it seems to fit with this situation) "Never argue with an idiot. He'll pull you down to his level and win with experience."

A lot doesnt seem to realize how this Club is leaded. It isnt a democracy were everyone can raise a hand and say yes or no or discuss things. This is a simple military dictatorship. And if you dont like FF as our dictator, then leave. Those discussions leads to nothing, they just underline FF's authority and destroy the morale and the fun here. Things arent running always the way we want them to run, and Khobai's insults towards other Clans during the Wargames were far below the belt. He didn`t just attacked the Clans, but also the persons leading the Clans and fighting for their Clans. FF made a decision, this one is final, so live with it or go.
But stop discussing stuff over the News page, we have a Messageboard, and it can be used for this.

Well, Gidda and Frey are right: if the GM says a CON is doing bad...then the GM is right. I think they starts the discussion privately. After that it degenerated in a public debate. But we forget there is not dabate about a decision of the DC. We must remember who we are... Anyway I think also we should not encourage debates like this. So ... this must end.

FF did what was right and what he needed to do. If anything he was too leniant with certain people in the past, I never personally was insulted by Khob but i know of many people who have been, and many clans and so forth. It was uncalled for, just not becoming of a leader.

Yes they led Arcona into a high place of power, but they had veru unbecoming conduct. You Arcona people have loyalty to your leaders of course, and that is commendable. You do though lack seeing it for 90% of the DB's perspective.

Arcona has a reputation of being arrogant and egotistical, which over shadows your skill. I am a Tet of Phoenix Phyle and if any of my tyros went on in such a manner i would take actions to correct it, now when you put such things on a PCON scale it is far more disruptive.

Right now we can all see the division between the DB and Arcona members who feel robbed from their leaders. Blind devotion to leaders isnt always good, yes he led you to power but he did so at the expense of weaker clans and by name calling. He was given more than enough chances to change and fly right but he did not.

I for one strongly 100% defend FF's actions and that of the Dark Council. FF thank you personally, that kind of behavior is oppresive and not constructive for a fun club. Please Arcona dont be fooled, we all knew action would have to happen eventually with behavior like that, if it was any other clan this kind of distrubance wouldnt happen.......probably cause most summit leaders have more dignity and class than to stoop to such low name calling levels.

My mentor Jac was a fine leader and i miss him in Ektrosis but as an Emissary and every other position he has been in he has shown class and decency, that is the standard that i follow in a leader, kindness and helpfulness, not name calling and being a jerk.

I'm wondering what proof of this there is, because the only e-mail's I've recevied from Khobai is his wish to stay in Arcona if he's PERMITTED to stay in a club he's comitted so much effort to.

If there's no proof other than our "GM"s word then I'm not sure I believe it anymore.

Well I didn't want to comment on this, but it seems I've been forced to. Khobai you did a good job as PCON, great work with Arcona. We both know how things go, so I won't get into any of that.

As for all the rest of the comments. Any comments done by my clan towards others in a negative way are in the past. A lot of stuff has happened and people have gotten upset. My clan is sorry, and we are done with all of this fighting. I hope other clans will see eye to eye with us on this.

I resent the fact that an inactive GM who doesn't do jack shit can just come and go as he pleases, firing individuals for cussing, or for having done absolutely NOTHING wrong at all in the case of Tarkin.

He sits on his ass idling on IRC, replying to emails as he sees fit, and does the XO's bidding. Who's leading the DB here? Who's the Grand Master? It sure as hell isn't FireFox. What has he done, can someone name a specific project that HE did or contributed greatly to? I can't think of any.

Let's just fire the whole DB...Mage, Shadonyx, Khobai, Tarkin, Khaland, all within 1 months time. It's obvious our GM is incapable of leading us, he should be "fired" for "inactivity"!
