First, I would like to thank Grand Master Firefox for trusting me enough with the position of Chancellor of the Dark Brotherhood. I will do my best to bring honor to my office, and I will uphold the ideals of denying everything that comes through my office... er... I mean... nevermind. :P
Secondly, I would like to say that anyone who has any questions should come to me. Awards, Project Thallium, drinking stories... anything. :P
Lastly, our Grand Master Firefox has vested a certain amount of responsiblity in me to educate the Brotherhood about the upcoming changes to the Brotherhood known as Project Thallium. This is a massive program which will be undertaken by the entire Brotherhood, and I assure you that more information will be released at a later date.
