Greetings, all.

As has been posted, the second chapter of the Great Jedi War is upon us. More specific orders will be posted within the next day or so, but already…I have been shot. Rest assured, I am fine. So all of you planning that bloody coup, you can forget about it.

In the coming days, consult your Tetrarchs for advice on how you can best help the Clan in this new chapter. This House’s contribution will be vital to the continued success of Arcona in the War. While we did come out on top in Chapter One, it was by the barest of margins. And trust me, our enemies in Taldryan and Tarentum will be coming to this Chapter with even more fervor for our having best them so closely.

I will remind that participation in this Chapter will result in awards and promotions for those of you striving for your lightsabers. As an added incentive, should those of you who are Jedi Hunters detail the circumstances under which you build/attain your lightsaber within a writing event of Chapter 2, that entry will count towards your requirement for advancement to Dark Jedi Knight.

Chapter One showed us all that with enough effort, we can gain supremacy above the rest. This will continue, but all of us must put our best efforts forward. Stay tuned to the mailing lists for more details as they become available.

-I am gradually making a list of new programs and events to initiate once the GJW has concluded. My aims are to increase activity, as well as membership. More will be coming on those, but additionally, any ideas you may have for the House, be sure to pass them on to your Tetrarch for consideration as I communicate with them often.

-I will again be making my services as proofreader open to all members of Clan Arcona for Chapter 2. If you would like to have a second opinion, or just want to make sure all your I’s are dotted and T’s crossed, do no hesitate to forward me your drafts for the writing events.

it.

-COMBAT MASTER ASSASSINATED-

I swear I didn't do it! Yes, Gryffon's been removed as Combat Master

due to his... inactivity. A shame, but hey - he's a Satal Keto guy so we hate him anyway. :P Applications are being taken by Lord Marshal McKenna, FF and Jac. Get 'em out quick before the next DB Meeting!

-COMPETITIONS-

The GJW - the standings are out and Arcona is where we expect to be. ON

Give yourselves a pat on the back, folks - we kicked ass and took

names, namely Taldyran, Tarentum and any other clan you care tomention. The next Chapter should be along any day now, so keep your eyes focused on that and let nothing distract you. If, however, you're the typewho's got FAR too much time on their hands, everyone's favourite Krath High Priestess has put together the fabulous 'Top Secret' competition which has everyone talking.

read over it. Now, let me stress this : THIS IS SECONDARY TO THE GREAT JEDI WAR!

The Great Jedi War is where our energies must be focused, anything after that is merely to take up your time. I want everyone playing, everyone writing - Arcona's on top and we need to keep it that way. Now then, onto the next part.

Big shout-out to Page Meridian, who's not Ktulu - don't ask, anyone who was in #arcona on Wednesday night will know what I mean. :P He's rejoined us from the Rogues and is here to help us kick ass in the Great Jedi War. Cheers to you, Page!

Prophecy's website is up - looking good, Lan! Also, the Prophet's Circle is a big shadowy project which Lan is cooking up. Looks good, too - check your inbox on that one.

Dalthid's doing a good job with Loreseekers which is good to hear.

Also, D'hak's Project Legacy is up and running. My bad for making that offer of help last week. Sorry! :P

In all, I'm pleased with the work being carried out by the Tetrarchs

and the Phyles. Keep it up!

Greetings, my Tyros. I have a fair few things to report on today.

First of all, I missed karate last night to hang out with a friend.

He's gotten me interested in Star Wars Galaxies again, but since the shops I buy games from don't have it in stock today, I am safe from temptation for the time being. I remain addicted to City of Heroes though.

Additionally, Red vs Blue is an awesome series.

The Dark Orb website is online and running great. I'll be adding a

couple more cosmetics some time in the next couple of days. The Legacy Project website is online as well, though the Project itself is a little on hold while I catch back up on Phyle business.

My Phyle Motto competition has been extended indefinitely. I am aware

of a couple people working on submissions here and there, and I get the

impression it might take them a while longer. So, I'm removing the deadline. These interpretations would like really good on the website. I'd like to point out that I have received no entries so far.

The first run-on in the Sanchin Prophecies series (Reason) is going to

close up very soon. A new run-on will start very soon, continuing the series. However, this run-on will be on the HOUSE board.

I will make the time to construct a website on the Prophecies, probably

intergrated with the Dark Orb website. I still need to hammer out the final details, but for now, I have enough to work on the second chapter.

And on a final note, Phyle monthly topics are approaching after the

Great Jedi War. I have decided to "fit in" with the rest of the House Summit on this for a little while longer. However, I will be commencing the monthly topics from August.

Greetings bosses, Prophets, Qel-Dromans and muppets! :)

It was an interesting week. I spent most of the idle time relearning what little I knew of Photoshop and trying to figure out how Dreamweaver works… and I also learned an awful lot about bats.

I still haven’t heard from some of you, peeps… I’ll be trying to contact you shortly after this report is submitted.

Well… on to business.

-NEWS-

No big news in the Brotherhood. We’re all still waiting for the lazy GJW to continue. Lady Alanna, my favorite KHP, has started a new Epic Competition which should help us pass the time between the Chapters of the War. Our charismatic Aedile will surely be reminding us about it with his report. :P

Prophets, say bubye to Apprentice Leto Attreides II and Novice Krug Gyorn, who were reassigned to the Loreseekers Phyle. I hope you guys like the change of airs.

-PROMOTIONS/AWARDS-

-PHYLE ACTIVITY-

Things have been a little quiet since past week. Once I have everyone in the mailing list I’ll bring some topics for discussion, regarding the future of our Phyle.

-GOALS/PLANS-

Rebuilding Prophecy so it has a meaning, an identity, will be my main focus as Tetrarch. How are we going to do it?

First of all, we'll be doing it together. It'd be pretty easy for me to just sit and do it all by myself, it'd be quick and shiny and mean nothing. It'll be far more interesting if we all take part in this, sharing ideas and bashing our brains against the keyboard together. Like I said, parts of the rebuild will be done as competitions, other parts won't. For the non-comp parts I'll create the PC (Prophets Circle), which is basically a discussion group made of those members of Prophecy who want to discuss (doh!) and give input to the more substabtial parts of the rebuild, such as writing our Phyle History;

New Phyle Motto: we'll have this changed, so it better reflects the nature of our Phyle. It will be the subject of a Phyle Competition;

Phyle Mailing list: like I said, I’ll have you all added to it very soon ;)

New Phyle Website: it is online. Some parts still look blank because they’ll be used to store what we create during the rebuilding.

The Big Three: these are the questions we'll be trying to answer with the make-up. "Who are we? What do we do? How do we do it?"

Once we have these accomplished, I trust we'll have a better understanding of our places in this organization, which will extend the fun the Brotherhood promotes to its fullest. :P

COMMUNICATION

I send out e-mails a couple of times a week to each of you. You needn't wait until I ask you to reply to do so. A few of you are happy on IRC - that's fine - but I hate it! I will, however, pop on and say hi on a fairly regular basis (i.e. the weekend). The least any of you can do is afford me the same courtesy and respond to my mail - Thanks :)

ACTIVITY

As for activity - you guys do what you gotta do. There is nothing I can do to 'force' you (nice pun, huh?) to participate in anything. I would love to offer you something you'd enjoy, but you'd have to tell me what that is before I can. If your aspirations are low - that's more than fine, less work for me :P However, if you wish to progress, just gimme a holler.
