First off, I'd like to publicly welcome APP Griever to Gladius. He recently joined us when he switched orders, but he's still a member of Tarentum.

Only more chapter of the GJW left, but take the time now to rest and relax. Hopefully, the results of chapter 3 will be out soon.

Overall, participation in chapter 3 was up when compared to the other chapters. Here's how things look:

-We had 10 people do at least one event in chapter 3 as compared to 7 in chapter 2.

-We had a total of 31 ACC matches played in chapter 3 as compared to 19 in chapter 2.

-We had 25 JA matches played in chapter 3 as compared to 0 in chapter 2. Also, 3 X-Wing Alliance matches were played by Spears this chapter.

-There were only 5 fiction submissions in chapter 3, not counting my accidentally sending my poem in as a fiction even, compared to 8 fiction submissions last time.

-There were 6 poetry submissions in chapter 3. We had 3 in chapter 2.

-Graphics submissions were down from 9 in chapter 2 to 5 in chapter 3.

-Participation percentage:

  Chapter 1: 22%  

  Chapter 2: 32%  

  Chapter 3: 45%  

The top three participants of all three chapters combined (followed by submissions) so far are: Spears (40), Shimas (33), and Telona (21).

I am pleased to see the increase in activity. It should also be noted that these totals do not count the run-on participation.

Hopefully, this trend will continue and we'll have even more participation in chapter 4. Spears and I have been discussing awards and there will be some nice things being handed out.

So, when chapter 4 comes, I challenge each and every one of you to do at least one event. The more the merrier. And, of course, the more we bury the other clans.
