Greetings Byss....

Just wanted to send this out as I might not have the time to at the end of this week.

Firstly, I would like to thank everyone for their hard work lately. I am elated to see the activity in this house climbing to reach it's previous levels. Lets keep up that good work.

I would like to take the time now to welcome some new members to the House, as I have not had time to get to everyone, I'll try to here.

Tetrarch's, lets show these wonderful new members the ropes and get them started on the right track. I will be sending individual emails to everyone in the house lower than the rank of Protector this week, letting them know how to get to their next promotion. Activity and dedication are rewarded here, and it's time everyone understood it.

I still have to go to the college library to access a computer for right now, so if my answer rate is not so fast for emails, please bear with me. I try to get by once a day at least to check on things.

Next up, congrats to our Quaestor for his promotion to Dark Side Adept!!! Master Isradia has worked hard for a very very long time to get to this point, and it is more than well deserved. Our Proconsul, Khalin Kunar, was also promoted to Obelisk Exarch. Notice the majority of our most Excellent Clan attaining high rank? This should be an inspiration to the newer members...

The GJW. Chapter 4 starts soon, and I hope to see equal or better participation to what we did in chapter three. Tetrarch's, get with your newer members, and make sure they know about the GJW.

I realize the AWOL check I did last month hurt us in numbers, but I will NOT tolerate completely inactive members, sitting around soaking up and basking in the glory of our House. Even the bare minimum participation would be much appreciated, and since they could not even give us that, they were sent away. let that be a looming reminder to you all.... When I do an AWOL check, and I don't get a reply from you, you could find yourself living in the Rogues Barracks.

In other news, I have been names as the Second Master of Byss... YAY for me. As soon as Khal and I get the web space issue worked out, we will have the house site back and I can update all the recent changes.
