Just to give you an idea of a few things that we are working on right now, I thought I would list a few items.

We've been talking about the creation of a fair justice system that would involve trial by jury. Verdicts would be decided on by a randomly chosen panel of members rank DJK and higher. Jury duty would be something very serious and it will ensure equitable treatment for everyone.

Starting very soon, I will make myself available on IRC at least once a week for at least one hour in order to answer questions from the members on a variety of subjects. Should this prove to be popular, the duration and frequency might increase.

We will also be making sweeping changes to the Dark Side Compendium, the Shadow Academy and in several other places to reflect the current status of the Dark Brotherhood. The Clans and the Dark Hall will be moved to a new location as well.

Expect to see some polls up before long about these and other projects that we thought up. I want to involve the membership a lot more in the important decisions facing the Dark Brotherhood.

And finally, as of now, Consuls will be getting Ops in #db. This will let them have a more active presence in our main channel and will also ensure that they can easily help members if needed. Please note that the rules in #db are slightly relaxed. This doesn't mean that you can insult others and the like, but it does mean that you don't have to watch every single word you're saying.
