Chapter 4 has ended, Kaiann's been promoted to DJM, and we're waiting for the Epilogue to be released.

Oh, and we're still waiting for results from chapter 3, but that's ok. They'll be out at some point in time.

To put things mildly, participation in chapter 4 was not so great.

After consulting with Spears and Sith, I have drawn up 2 lists of people. The first list is the "red" list and the people on that list will be cut after the GJW ends. The second list is the "yellow" list- these are people who need to be more active or they will be cut in the future.

If you think you might be on either list, you can do any one of the following to get yourself off the list:

1. Participate (preferred)

2. Let me know about any circumstances that have prevented you from participating and I will consider changing things.

3. Remove yourself from the roster (not preferred).

Now, let me make one things very clear. I DO NOT want to have to cut anyone, but my goal as leader of this House is to have an active house and I will cut those people who are inactive and/or have been inactive for a long time. Spears and I set participation goals that do not require any major effort and we have both been lax in enforcing these goals. Not anymore!

I have not determined if and when I will e-mail the people on my two lists. If I do, it will be in time for chapter 4 of the GJW, but I have to admit that I like the feeling of you not knowing...of course, those of you not on any list know who you are and you need not worry.
