Hey ya'll... I sent this to everyone because I believe it's important for ya'll to know the sith are on the up and up. So....

For those of you who do not know me I am  SWL Demosthenes JediShaFT-Serpenti (Sith)/CoG-CMDR/Dinaari** of [Taldryan*](http://www.darkjedibrotherhood.com/dbjedi/viewunit.asp?ID=11)* [GMRG: CoG] [ACC: INI] . **I've been in a million and a half leadership possitions in my time in the DB but the ones that probably pertain to Taldryan the most are Archanis Roll Master and Shadow Morph Commander.
Taldyran Sith have a rich history of domination and control over the DB's Sith sector, and my goal in serving here in Clan Taldryan is to bring that history back. I remember when there was never a question that Archanis was the top sith house in the DB . Archanis Domination lasted for at least 2 years. Even when the tide of power had turned away from Archanis Hyperion was still a single player forced to be reckoned with. Now... with the rebirth of the Sith Order... it's time for us to take our place once again as the dominating force of sith as Taldryan Sith.

One of the key

factors in maintaining power and domination is motivation. I have built up many houses before into top Sith houses. When I left Archanis I went to Caliburnus where I put together a damn good coalition of Sith with Predator. Again the leading factor was motivation. I molded my flight leaders into commanders and they split off and made thier own battle teams. We went from a 3 person house to dominating the next sith war. When my work was done with CSP. I took QUA of Oriens Obscurum. Once again... motivation, teamwork, family, commitment were things which helped shaped us to success. Repeatedly taking 1,2,3, in Sith Squadron League and prepared to Dominate the Great Jedi War. The only Battle team that stood a chance against us? Hyperion. When we faced Hyperion in the SSL I up uplayed it so much we had 100% participation.
That is the kind of fear I want every other battleteam to feel again. But to accomplish this it has to be something we all want. You have to feel it.

To do this I want

us to restablish our former identity as Taldryan Sith. Were were the most feared most cocky sons of a bitches because we knew we were that good.
Shups, Yacks, Smitty, SH all remember what I'm talking about.
Flechie was there... Sharad was there... you all know. So with that, we're going to come up with new mottos... if any of you have GFX lets make a banner. If any of you have web skills let me know we'll hook in a site to the dinaari and Taldy sites... We'll hook this thing up. I'll be opening competitions for the Motto and GFX. Other people in the clan are welcome to participate as well.

I also want to get

to know each of you better. So I have a sort of assignement for everyone on the battleteam. Kinda consider it a team awol check. The assignment is just a simple mail back to me with information. Check the commander's orders section.

Also, something

crucial to our rebuild as sith is recruitment. Know a buddy... yank him in. Battlefront is an awsome game in which we have TONS of non DB people playing on the server whom are just waiting to be taken through teh sign up process and added to our roster. They're good people and would make fine additions to Taldryan.

Also remember the

Tuesday and THursday competitions. They're crutial for our ability to compete in the weekend tournaments in which we can win our houses and clans possesions and personal possesions.

Congradulations to Muechelmorder and Horus on thier possition promotions to Hyperion Flight Leaders. These people are capable leaders and I know they'll do Hyperion and Taldryan Proud.

Member Daine W. Jir](http://www.darkjedibrotherhood.com/dbjedi/dossier.asp?ID=4270) to Taldy and to Hyperion. Some of you older people may remember him as Dei wing XVIII's Commander. We're glad to have you back and look forward to wonderful things with you. Your a fine new addition.

As I look around our house and our clan I see a lot of taleneted individuals. I know we have the ability to be the best, but to do so we have to make it happen. YOu have to want to win... you have to feel the burn and desire. I want everyone else to know we're gonna fuck them up bad and they have no chance. My long term goal? Re-opening archanis. But the only way that's going to happen is if we show we are alive.. and build this thing to a power house. So lets do this thing.
