Heres a difficult little comp if youre after 3<sup>rd</sup> level Crescents :P. Make a .txt document, title it My First Fight, and write about your first fight. Include the age you were when you first fought, the person you first fought with, the influence it had on you, and if it changed your life in someway. Then zip it up and send it to [Log in to view e-mail addresses]. Sounds simple right? But heres the catch. Its a massive 3 pages long! And plus youve only got 7 days to submit as submission close on the 6<sup>th</sup> of November.** **

#001 The Artisans
Background,
_ _ Your search has led to an ancient Tapestry, depicting the Patron of your house, either Marka Ragnos, or Ludo Kressh. You, however, are not the only one who found it, and a battle ensues.
After an epic struggle, and plenty of bloodshed, the fight is won (what else to expect from someone from CNS?), and the tapestry is taken back to the Orian system. There, the next problems arise. Where to place it? How to place it?
Specifics,
1) Screenshot competition:
You will submit a screenshot of a game supported by the Brotherhood. The criteria will mostly be centred around creativity, with a Multiplayer screenshots getting bonus point. Of course, this will count as a submission for all those in the screenshot.
2) Fiction Competition:
You will write a fiction about the battle. Who are you fighting, why is (s)he fighting you? Why is (s)he after the Tapestry? What is his/her allegiance? (2 pages minimum)
3) graphics competition:
You will submit graphics, depicting the Tapestry.
4) Writing competition:
You will describe the Tapestry. What does it look like? Why was it placed? Fiction scores bonus. (1 page minimum)
5) Fiction competition:
You will be one of those working on placing the tapestry. You shall write a fiction around that. Where is it placed? Why did you have to work on placing it? what are your duties during the placement? Chances are the Tapestry is imbued with the Force. How does this affect you? (1 page minimum)
As with every such deed, a feast is held at the end. During this, you decide to climb on a table, and start singing a song in the honour of the clan.
6) Song
You will sing (in this case, it will be written down) a song, to honour the founding of the clan. Naturally, something suitably dark is required.

Sick of having to wait a whole month to get results? Now each Sapphire competition will be set in two fragments, meaning their will be two fortnightly comps to each month. This means double the Crescents each month for participating in both comps!

Monthly Activity Comp
The member with the most JA/JO/JK1 wins in a month gets a crescent w/ Amethyst Star
The member with the 2nd most JA/JO/JK1 wins in a month gets a crescent w/ Sapphire Star
The member with the 3rd most JA/JO/JK1 wins in a month gets a crescent w/ Emerald Star
And the same goes for XWA and XvT
Just to be clear on this, you can place in both categories. You are allowed to get 1st in the JA/JO/JK1 category and still place in XWA/XvT. You could end up with 2 awards.
Every win will earn you a Cluster of Fire.
Specifics:
This new comp will run every month. If your match counts towards another event it will not be excepted into this event. The matches are left up to the players discretion and can be run however you would like them to, aka melee against bots, duel, etc. The only rule being the highest score at the end of the match wins the match. Matches with bots must be atleast 10 minutes, and you cannot compete against the same opponent over and over again or youll stop earning points. A victory means 1 point.

The comp ends the 31<sup>st</sup> of December next year, so you have heaps of time to submit! ;)
#004 HLK Holiday Extravaganza
It's Holiday time in Ludo Kressh.
For each holiday write a story detailing how the you (or the house)
prepared for the holiday celebration. Then, at the end of the story, tell
what happened at the party.
You can only submit for the current month's holiday.

Back to the bad ol days eh? Only one person did anything all week. There are lots of comps on at the moment so even if you think my competitions are bad :P, you have no excuses for not participating in the others!
You may wonder why Im bringing up the Interclub Training Event when its old news, but Ive seen nobody in this squadron in #outerrim on a Saturday for the whole month. I know Rais running a CoF comp, but youll have to participate in more than one CoF comp if you want to start rolling in all the big different coloured CoFs.
There were two submitters to the last Sapphire Comp. Now Ive changed the comp to a fortnightly competition I expect to see all four of us submitting. Remember that the top 3 positions win a Crescent. Meaning if all of you three participate youll probably do better than me in each game, and Ill end up with no Crescents for the end of each fortnight. A great way to get back at your CMDR for being so bossy and hypocritical! :P and plus you get medals!
