Important Stuff
Konnichi wa, meat puppets. Pain time once again... ^_^
What an...interesting week. Very little actually happened that I can remember... but then, my memory isn't exactly perfect, so... yeah, anyway. From what I can tell, a pretty regular week- plenty of competitions and stuff still on, other gubbins. Etc. However, Muz seems to have disappeared from the face of the earth- probably just a temporary absence brought about by a lack of free time. Don't worry about it.
However, since the esteemed Quaestor has vanished, I'll step in on this one- from this day forth, the Avatars of Death shall henceforth be known as the Avatars of Darkness. Not a massive change, but y'know... if that's what you really want, then sure. Enjoy.
Apart from the above, very little that I can think of to write about happened... so with that, it's onto Competitions! ^_^
No Aediles Fortnightly Comps at the moment, but when we get nearer to Crimbo I'll release a Christmas competition for y'all to enjoy. Other competitions include: the upcoming Naga Sadow ACC Ladder (which Muz is sorting out... ah.) and the Artisans, which has been extended for one week. That means you all have time to get those submissions in... get scribbling! Or typing, or whatever...
Wow, I'm actually completely out of things to say for once. Strange... ah well. No more important stuff! Move onto the next section!
Medals, Promotions, Random Gubbins
Medals: Clusters of Fire for all! Well... most. Jasru, Tissaya and Lenzar got a boatload of Clusters of Fire for their participation in teh tournaments. Jasru also got a Crescent with a Sapphire Star for first place in my Aediles Fortnightly competition, and Taliana Ordo got a Dark Cross for being so active, according to Jack. Yay medals!
Two Shadow Academy Courses passed: our newest member Cloud Arcanum passed Leadership studies (as well as applying for the ACC Ladder. Yay Cloud! Get that Buster Sword out and waste thy enemies!....except me, obviously. ^_^) and Taliana Ordo passed the Dark Jedi Meditation course.
In the Random Gubbins section: As you may have gathered, two new members- one is Cloud Arcanum, the other.... everybody welcome back Kali Desdemona! And hopefully she's going to stay for good this time... hmm? ^_^
The Weird and Wonderful World of Your Aedile
Ah... craziness. I just got Way of the Samurai 2... kick arse game. Although I can see it only really appealing to me, since I'm a Samurai nut. Picked it up on a 'shopping trip'... yurgh... during which I had to buy some Christmas presents for people. Bah bloody humbug. I intensely dislike Christmas for the simple reason that it's lost any religious significance, and has become simply an exercise in corporate retailing... shocking. But hey, I'm just a hypocrite- of course I enjoy getting presents! Who doesn't? ^_^
In Conclusion
All work and no play makes Manji a dull boy. Very dull. Remember that, meat puppets!
