Hello again Aleema. Well the EN BT has been busting at the seams with new members. This is a great thing and has led to the creation of the Virulent Blade BT. Nilani Bakash has shown great responsibility and a hard working effort that I look for. On other news, there are now a TON of competitions to get working and active in so I encourage all of you to take a shot at one, two or maybe even three of the comps. Well folks as we approach our holiday season I can see how activity may
slack a bit but not us. We are going to stay active and make some ripples
in the DB and make people look twice. Now as many of you see the Comps
that are going on now arent that difficult so get on them we want to

A Word from the Tetrarch:
I hope everyones having a safe start to winter; seems like its going
to be a mild one. I realize that warm winters and holidays in general mean
less activity, but as of today Ill be initiating an activity check. All
members of the Phyle have until the first of the year (1/1/2005) to give
me a status report. This should include, but is not limited to, the
following:
-Your DB handle
-Current Rank
-Comps youd like to participate in. If there arent any like what you
want, TELL ME!
-Aspirations for your DB persona
-What you think of current policies in the Phyle/House/Clan, and what you
think could be done to improve them
-What competitions youve submitted to in the last month
Any other pertinent information would be greatly appreciated. If these
reports are not in my inbox by the end of the day (11:59 p.m. EST,
1/1/2005), Youll be removed from the Phyle.
On a more business-ish note, Ill be headlong into final exams/heading
home next week; please dont get discouraged if Im a little slow to
respond to your e-mails. If anyone else is in the same situation, best of
luck to you.
And, on a related note, the Phyle report for next week may be either a day
early or a day or two late, as I travel and unpack back home. I plan to
submit my report by Thursday of next week, so keep your eyes peeled for
it.
