I would like to hear comments regarding the current "system" which recommends the promotion of Novices who have recently completed their histories for their dossiers. Quaestors, specifically, are asked to e-mail myself and my Praetor (by clicking [Log in to view e-mail addresses]) and answering some of the following questions:

1) Do you recognize the promotion system for Novices who complete their histories.

2) If you do or do not recognize this system, why or why not?

3) If you could change this system (i.e. dismantle it, add, revise), what would you like to see happen to it.

The reason I ask all of this is because very recently I've made it an issue by e-mailing QUAs about approved histories. I never recognized the system as a Quaestor, and I would like to hear thoughts from the house summits on how they conduct this business or would like to see it conducted.
