Yes, it’s time for you all to participate in the Krath RoS. As a Clan we’ve already completed the Crossword event, and the Run-on has begun here: http://www.darkjedibrotherhood.com/message_board/topic.asp?TOPIC_ID=2683

I want everyone to write something for it. Basically, all you need to do is describe the siege of the Marka Ragnos cathedral by the K’hamar’a- I’m sure everybody in the House can write a nice gory battle scene. I want us to win this event- I’m sick of seeing Naga Sadow come fourth or fifth in big events. Either we win, or we come second. If we do, I shall make sure that everyone who participated gets some form of compensation. There are plenty of events- at the very least, you can write a brief something for the fiction event about finding out the properties of a K’hamar’an artefact, and of course there’s the run-on. Seriously people, I want us to make Naga Sadow a name to be reckoned with. As the great Winston Churchill once said: “We shall go on to the end- we shall fight them on Tarthos, we shall fight them on the seas and oceans, we shall fight with growing confidence and growing strength in the air, we shall defend our Cathedral, whatever the cost may be; we shall fight them on the beaches, we shall fight them on the landing grounds, we shall fight them in the fields and in the streets, we shall fight them in the hills; we shall never surrender, and even if, which I do not for a moment believe, this Cathedral or a large part of it were subjugated and starving, then our forces beyond the stars, armed and guarded by the Fleet of Naga Sadow, would carry on the struggle until the end.”

... Well, okay, he didn’t exactly say that. But he would have done if they’d had Star Wars in 1940. And besides, that’s not the point! The point is that we will crush the other clans beneath our feet and snatch victory from their grasping hands! For the glory of Naga Sadow!!

As you may have guessed by now, this is going to be a Krath RoS report, since there’s nothing else worthwhile to talk about. Oh, except for the new Clan website- http://www.nagasadow.org. Go there and create yourself an account- unless you have one already, or you’re a summit member. Another piece of news that I just remembered- Tissaya has left us to go and be the Aedile of House Ludo Kressh. Aww... oh well, I suppose she’ll do them good. Although I don’t know how the Sithies and Obbies will cope with her obsessive tendencies towards coffee. We’ll just have to wait and see, won’t we?

Medals, Promotions, Random Gubbins

Slightly fewer medals this week- just Clusters of Fire for Jasru, Tissaya, Phantom and Lenzar. Congrats, you guys! Oh, and I also just placed a medal recommendation for Link since she won my Aediles New Year Comp- that Crescent with a Sapphire Star should arrive soon.

The Weird and Wonderful World of Your Aedile...

... Not too bad at the moment, actually. I have Franz Ferdinand on very loudly, and I just finished reading Lone Wolf 2100 Volume 1- ‘Shadows on Saplings’. Damn, that’s a good comic. A bit more American than my previous purchases, but at least it has samurai in... That’s a redeeming feature at least. I don’t know what’s wrong with me- I bought Ronin by Frank Miller the other day. Sure, the story is very good, but the artwork leaves something to be desired... still, my friend did recommend it, so I suppose it was a worthy purchase. Ah well. No homework this weekend, so as soon as I finish writing this I’m going to put DBZ Budokai 3 on and waste various cartoon people with my awesome 5up3r 541y4n 5k1llzzzz. Ph34r.

In Conclusion...

Go and do stuff for the Krath RoS! I must reiterate the point that I want to see Naga Sadow victorious in this one- think of all the rewards we’ll all get for winning. Ahhh... lots and lots of lovely medals and possessions... drools
