Konnichi wa, meat puppets. Do you fear?
Well, theres much to report this week... most notably, the Krath Rite of Supremacy. As you may all have gathered from the message sent by Korras over the Clan e-group, some people think we dont have an icicles chance in hell of placing in this thing. Let us show those beeeeeep beeep beeeeeeeeep how wrong they are, shall we? Let us win this competition and make all of the Brotherhood COWER before our MIGHT!!
In fact, I think Ill paraphrase the words of Martin Luther King Jr. for this occasion...
I have a dream that one day the clan of Naga Sadow, whose Consuls power is greater than all of the Brotherhood, will be transformed into a world where little Krathlings and little Sithlets will be able to join hands with little Obelisks and walk together as sisters and brothers in the knowledge that they have defeated the rest of this Brotherhood. I have a dream today.
Doesnt that fill you with inspiration? Doesnt that make you want to go and submit to Chapter 2 of the RoS before it finishes, then submit to Chapter 3 like demons when that begins? Your leaders have not been idle... the almighty Korras submitted to every event, and as far as I know is the only person to have totally completed the Webhunt. Your Quaestor has submitted to almost every event... most particularly a stunning piece of art for the Graphics event that is attached to this report. Drool over it, and ask yourself- is there any way we can not win this event? Your Aedile has submitted to every event, including the Graphics (despite his lack of artistic skill) and the Webhunt- he has also made it to the fourth round of the ACC Ladder, and now battles against Xanos Sadow. Not exactly an ideal setup, since if he beats Goat he has to fight (probably) Qiao Long, then if he wins that hell have to fight Dalthid in the finals. Oh well.
But anyway! All must participate- at the end of the RoS, I shall make sure to go over the list of those who participated with Muz (and possibly Korras, if he hasnt disappeared off to his new offices =D) and we shall reward those Sons and Daughters of Sadow accordingly. You want shinies, dont ya? So go and participate!
takes a deep breath And in other news this week... as you may have noticed from the News page, I got made an Operator in the Antei Combat Centre. Yaaay me! But dont worry, my children... this doesnt mean Im going to abandon you to go and play fighting. I shall continue to look after this House so long as I draw breath (or get fired. One of the two.), so have no fear! Manji is here. strikes a pose
Although, speaking of the ACC, I would like to take this opportunity to send a message to the Novices/Apprentices/Acolytes of this House and Clan- if you do not yet have a Character Sheet, make sure to create one so you can fight in the ACC. I will be perfectly happy to either train you or fight you in a qualifying match so that you can be promoted from Initiate to Seeker, and other judges (such as our very own Lenzar) will also be happy to oblige. If you need any help with ACC things (character sheets, challenging) feel free to mail me and ask for help.

Medals, Promotions, Random Gubbins
Medals: Lenzar cleaned up again this week, with plenty of Clusters of Fire, a Legion of the Scholar and a Steel Cross for general pwnination in the tournaments. Go Lenz! However, Jasru Lacka and Phantom also snatched Clusters of Fire from the all-powerful grip of the Lenz, so go them!
Unfortunately no promotions this week... but hopefully there shall be some in the wake of the RoS, if you all participate. You know you want to.
The Weird and Wonderful World of Your Aedile
KOTOR 2! KOTOR 2! KOTOR 2! KOTOR 2!!
...in case you hadnt noticed, I am somewhat excited about the release of Knights of the Old Republic 2, which I think is released in this country today. So if Im not at the meeting tonight, youll understand why... I will have been playing KOTOR 2 all day then suffering from ridiculously bad headaches due to staring at a screen and drooling. Although technically, I should really be doing homework now... nah. Sod it. Homework or KOTOR 2? No competition. And besides, I finished my English Literature coursework a week early... that bitch of a teacher should get whats coming to her when she reads the coursework I handed in, done without a plan and written in a couple of days. 2000 words of perfection, methinks. Mwahaah! Anyway... KOTOR 2! KOTOR 2!!!!!! ¬_¬
In Conclusion
Two things this week- 1. Go and PARTICIPATE in the KRoS! Lots of participation makes a happy Manji, and thanks to an awesome showing from the behemoths of this Clan (a.k.a Xanos, Malik, Korras, Muz, and others) I now seriously think we can win this competition- or at least make it pretty damn close. Remember the words uttered by Khobai?
