Herald Report

  • Site Reconstruction On the HRLD site there has been very little change - in fact almost no one will catch it. Mostly reworded some

pieces in the guides. But there is another... site... I haven't actually done any work on the other site, so I'm on

ly going to mention I've been asked by the DGM to manage another site.

  • Grant Of Arms Requests These are still on hold - as in don't request them.

  • Custom Lightsabers

A few submitted this week, and with some changes they'll be posted. Among them is [al`Lan Mandragoran](

http://www.darkjedibrotherhood.com/dbjedi/dossier.asp?ID=297). None requested.

None created this week, but I did promise a few people I'd look at making theirs this weekend. I shall do that

tomorrow.

I am going to run down the saber report list looking for custom sabers.

Get Up Close and Personal

TheForce.Net has assembled a lot of great official images of General Grevious.... well the action

figure anyhow. Check out the General and his nifty vehicle. You can also check out the rest of the fgures, vehicles

and accessories coming from Hasbro. There is

even a look at the Attacktix!

In other toy news, check out the recently released LEGO Catalog. featuring E3 stuff.

Lucas To "Cameo" in E3

Reported from several sources...:

Star Wars director George Lucas will make a cameo appearance in the upcoming final film in the sci-fi series. Lucas

is set to follow in the footsteps of Lord Of The Rings film-maker Peter Jackson by briefly appearing before cameras

in Star Wars: Episode III - Revenge Of The Sith, playing Baron Papanoida in an opera house scene. Jackson has

immortalized himself on screen in all three Lord Of The Rings films, playing hobbit Albert Dreary, an uncredited

Rohirrim Warrior and an unnamed Mercenary On Boat in The Fellowship Of The Ring, The Two Towers and Return Of The

King, respectively.

HRLD's note: I know Peter Jackson was in the LOTR films, but I had to rewind like 7 times per film to actually find

him. I'm thinking Lucas will be a tad more obvious. In fact I wouldn't be surprised if Lucas made himself a

prominent senator.

KOTOR 2 International Version Patch (PC)

Even the best games need a tweak here and there. KOTOR 2 is great. I'm not even that far into it - I just built a

lightsaber - and I think it's awesome. I can't wait to devote hour upon hour to playing it even more. LucasArts has

just released the first patch for Knights of the Old Republic 2 - The Sith Lords (PC Edition), which is for

international versions of the game only (UK,French, German, Italian and Spanish). It addresses spelling/grammar

issues. Get it on the LucasArts site.

Personal stuff is thin this week... I had the flu, which knocked out 3/4 of the week. Nothing great otherwise.
