** ::bow::

 I**t has been some time since I last posted a report. Since then, I've been incredibly busy in a variety of fields. First, I went on vacation, then I came back to a broken computer; after fixing said computer, I lost access to it, and had to use a different computer. Then, when I moved back to school to begin the semester, my original computer's hard drive corrupted, causing me to lose... quite a bit of the information once stored there.

As I'm sure many of you are aware, I was backlogged on ICTE medals. That should be taken care of now. Beyond that, I've also updated the list of All-Star's. I figured this was especially important considering the new aspects of the Guard. The All-Star list will give DCers a place to look to see who's been active in multiplayer during the ICTE lately. :)

I'll most likely not be at the meeting tomorrow because a group of my friends are going to hang out at a house near here, but you never know. I'll also feature the return of the position report and some other goodies in my next report.

**Interclub Training Event**

 It has been a hell of a long time since I posted the All-Star list on the domain, and I apologize for that. Either way, I've updated it to include all of those who have earned their place on the list and a CR-1A. Congratulations to NexusMage(Made the list on 12/18), Duga(Made the list on 1/29/05, 2/2/2005, and 2/19/2005), Blazer Mortis(Made the list on 2/12/2005), and Shadow(Made the list on 2/19/2005). I'm particularly impressed

To Clarify the rules on Crescents and All-Star awards in the ICTE: In order to place for crescents in the ICTE, a member must play at least 7 opponents and earn at least 12 CFs. The person who meets both of those criteria and also earns the most CFs that week will be added to the ICTE All-Star list, and awarded with a CR-1A. A CR-1S and a CR-1E will be given to runners-up who earn enough CFs but do not take the top level of participation. In the event of a "tie" for a place, the person with the most wins earns the place. If this is also tied, both members "tie" for the spot and are given equal credit.

Order of Battle

Updates on the OoB have begun. Thanks to some help from Jac I was able to access nearly all of my old documents, safely recovering most of the work I've done for the DB.

Interclub Relations

Within the next two weeks I will be announcing several items relating to interclub relations. With this, it brings me to my next point...

My Magistrate Positions

I have received several applications for my magistrate positions. While I thank you all for the applications, I will be working with my praetor to detail exactly how these positions will be used and what each member will help with in my office. In this way, people will know what they're getting into when they apply, and it'll give members a chance to help out in areas of the DB that they previously couldn't.
