Konnichi wa, meat puppets. Because I just can’t get enough of your cries of pain, it’s time for another Aediles report!

First things first... we rock. Lots of awards and elevations hit my inbox from Goat this week... mostly concerning the legendary members of Naga Sadow, one of whom has returned to the clan (and furthermore, returned to Marka Ragnos!). Ladies and gentlemen, boys and girls, please welcome... Astronicus (Tron) Sadow!! Woooo! For those of you who don’t know, Tron was basically the founder of Clan Naga Sadow as it is today. Make sure to bow when you speak to him, you know, the way you should do when you speak to me. ^_^

Also, lots of big promos this week (all of which Goat sent out a huge ‘NOTICE OF ELEVATION’ email about. Grr... ^_^), including the promotion of our new Commander of the Guard to the rank of Dark Jedi Knight! Yaaay Jasru! And also, if that wasn’t enough, Tron got promoted to Dark Side Adept! Wooooo Tron!!

I should calm down. deep breath Anyway... other news!

I have a new competition for y’all... concerning the Black Guard of Naga Sadow. Are you excited? You should be... basically, it was decided by Malik and Goat that every member of the Naga Sadow summit (Consul, Proconsul, Quaestors and Aediles) gets to pick one Black Guardsman to act as their honour guard. We are supposed to run a competition to determine who will become our Guardsman, and then hold regular competitions every couple of weeks in order to give new people the chance to enter the Black Guard. But enough of my babbling... details below!

Competition Name: "Black Guard Trials"

Competition Specifics: Nekura Manji Keibatsu, Samurai of the Keibatsu Line and Aedile of Marka Ragnos, is looking for one lucky meat puppet to become his Black Guardsman and protect his honour against the dogs that would damage it. If you think you've got what it takes, challenge myself to a 6+2-length battle in the Antei Combat Centre, specifying that it's for the Black Guardsman position. If you can defeat me, or if you impress me with your skill, you get the position. I'll allow as many challenges as want to fight me... whoever impresses me the most gets the position.

So there you go... sink your fangs into that! And yes Zacfer, you can enter... =D But keep in mind, whoever becomes my Black Guardsman will have to wear a black kimono and hakama ^^ Or possibly some RIS armour, if I can be bothered forking out the cash. ^^

And finally...uh... something that most of you don’t care about, but I thought I’d tell you anyway. ^^ As you may have noticed, the Quaestor of Marka Ragnos has changed his name to Muz Ashen Keibatsu, having rejoined the Keibatsu family again. The time for burnination of the rest of the DB has come- for the Keibatsu brothers shall wreak havoc upon the infidels. Ph34r. ^^

Medals, Promotions, Random Gubbins

First of all, a big w00t goes to everyone’s favourite Consul Malik for getting an Emerald Dagger! Yaaaay Malik!

And also, although technically he isn’t in CNS anymore, a big w00t goes to Trev for also getting an Emerald Dagger! Yaaaay Trev!

And now for the medals us plebs got... =D A Crescent with an Emerald Star goes to Xhed for 2nd place in a CSK poetry competition. Yaay Xhed!

A Crescent with a Sapphire Star goes to myself for third place in the Sith Lords Reborn competition. Yaay me! ^_^

And lots of Clusters of Fire went to Jasru, Muz, Lenzar and Xhed for rocking the Thursday Tournaments. Yaay Clusters! ^_^

Promotions: Protector Kat Pridemore got promoted to Guardian! Wooooo! Go Kat! ^_^

And as for random gubbins- my new Apprentice, Macron Goura, not only got promoted to Seeker in the ACC and pwned many courses in the Shadow Academy, he became the new Instructor of the Dark Jedi Meditation course. Go Macron! I sense much 3vil from you, my Apprentice... cackles maniacally

The Weird and Wonderful World of Your Aedile...

... r0x0rs. I just watched Kill Bill: Volume 1 yet again... still a kick-arse film. There are so many ridiculously funny little bits in it that you might not get the first time around... for example, the main character is walking through Tokyo Airport holding the katana that she had forged in Okinawa by Hattori Hanzo. (Who was actually a ninja in the 16th century =D) Before that sounds strange, if you look closely, every person who goes past in the background is also holding a katana. That made me chuckle. =D And also, we did 99.4% of the editing necessary for our Media Studies coursework yesterday. Now, we’ve got maybe one more shot to do, then we just have to capture that and stick it in, add audio, and the whole thing will be COMPLETED! And we have until the 18th of March to do it. Ahh. That’ll be a weight off my mind. ^_^

In Conclusion...

Challenge me in the ACC if you want to be my Black Guardsman! And, uh... do other stuff! ^_^ Rockin’.
