Republic Commando was finally released earlier this week and man everyone should get it. Ive owned it since Friday night I think and I already love it. I played through 2 missions or so of the SP before diving into the MP and its great. Its got a bit of a Halo 2 feel, which is basically a good thing plus none of that shitty controller crap holding you back. Cant wait to see an RC DB server. Its definitely a way better game than Battlefront. Go check it out!
The Clan rewards for placing in the Krath Rite of Supremacy have been released as you all should know from the email I sent earlier this week. Were still slaughtering the MP nights. Duga took last Saturdays ICTE All-Star and came out on top of this Sundays Tournament. Nice work guys, keep up the utter pwnage of all things MP.
Gotta love CTF. Weve had a few more games in the last two weeks and some have been 4vs4 which was hell fun. Ben, Nex and myself also did a 5vs3 that was pretty sweet, though the other team needed to learn how to play cooperatively :P
If you got Nexs email today youll see that him and Ben are working on getting a bigger Taldryan Allegiance team. They managed to suck me in today and we spent a few hours playing and learning the basics. Its a fun game, and its free, AND it works well on even 56k connections. Everyone should check that out too we already have a huge advantage with Ben as a Commander. I hope to be able to force them into writing a good step-by-step guide to getting into Allegiance soon. I know it wouldve helped me if they hadnt been around.

The SHAFT arrived and people are already rocking out the activity to get the best reward possible. Basically this is an MP Free-For-All. You can play fun matches or matches for other competitions in the DB (yes they must be DB-related) and report your wins to me. Each win gets you a point. As you can see Duga is going insane. Hes already earned himself a Steel Cross and is going for more. The rest are doing fairly well too. A reminder that Team and CTF matches net you more points. If its a 2vs2 you get 2 points, 3vs3 you get 3 and so on.

The Greatest Warrior The SHW is running another fiction-based competition but this one is more on the lighter side. Basically he chooses the greatest warrior of each month and its our job to write about that persons goofish exploits. Currently Ive been working on revamping my character from the ground up starting with the fictional retelling of my Dark Jedi Trial how I earned my lightsaber and Dark Jedi Knight. So far Ive got a 3-page outline done and just need to start hammering out the details. Aside from that I re-did my ACC character sheet and have been writing down anything that comes to mind when I think about my character. Most thoughts, morals, beliefs are basically my own twisted to a Star Wars purpose. Its just something to pass the time and has been a fun personal project.
Still coming up with ideas for the rank of Jedi Hunter and Guardian its tough. I think I tapped out most of the forms of activities for the other ranks. Got ideas? Email them to me.
Ive recently been named Magistrate to the Commander of the Guard, and though I hold little love to any DC position Ive always liked being a Magistrate or a Praetor. We get the inside info without all the headaches and blame, so thats pretty cool. Right now Im working on some Guard comp ideas so those of you in the RG expect some cool things soon.

The position of EMS got canned, but not to worry Tron got a nice parting gift He was promoted to the rank of Dark Adept. So congratulations to him.
Jac is currently on a Leave of Absence due to a death in the family. Everyone give him your support, its never an easy thing to deal with.
Spears added some extra incentive to Shadow Academy course nuts. He has rewarded certain people with degrees in Dark Side lore. Im not entirely sure how you earn such a degree but if youre into the SA stuff you might want to ask him.
The SHW is planning on having an Allegiance tournament in the near future. He also plans on promoting it by offering up ships of some kind to the winning Clan. We need to pwn that up too so get into Allegiance.
Republic Commando mini-Vendetta starts next weekend. Itll be run by OHC Korras this mini-Vendetta will be a tournament going on all the 12th and 13th. Winners will receive Novas. Thats fairly good motivation to get the game right there.
