• Grant Of Arms Requests These are still on hold - as in don't request them.

• Custom Lightsabers Trying to get some requests finished. Backlogged... but many builders have come

forward like Muz and Cyris. Remember - anyone can BUILD the custom lightsaber.

I STILL Hate The OC

Unless you were living under a rock, you knew that the EIII trailer was on TV this

week. Well I set Tivo to grab it and I'll say this - it did what I asked.

Unfortunately that stupid primetime soap opera ran long and poor Tivo cut the trailer

off at the last 1/3rd. Ah, TiVo. Why must you be so... precise.

Anyway, for those of you who missed it, or got shafted like me, fear not!

Thanks to the cat-lke reflexes of Rekio I have the tralier as an AVI. You'll

need DivX to watch it. It's a decent quality and is the

full trailer, complete with the stupid OC intro. You can get it by going to the HRLD

site and replacing "index.html" with "oc.rar". The file password is "djb". The file

is 50 MB.

Now some of you might be asking yourself "why did he make it so hard to get? Why not

a direct link? Why is there a password on the rar?"

It is for the safety and security of the DJB domain. If I had a direct link to it,

web crawler or search engines would find it. It's passworded just in case anyone

important happens accross it and wants to know what it is. I'd hate to get a letter

telling me to take it down. Sure, I'm paranoid... but I'd rather it be up there for

the enjoyment of the DJB and their family/friends than get 1,000 hits a minute from

every fanboy that wants it.

Coming Clean With RC

If you've been watching the forums, you already know my opinion on RC MP. Trust me -

I don't hate the game, I'm just a little disappointed. Yes, I know the UT formula

works but Iwas expecting something different, or at least something with more squad

emphasis.

Anyhow, I am still interested in forming a team for MP RC.... but until they fix that

'connect to IP' problem it's more of a concept than a reality. I'd like to have 4 to

6 people total, including myself, to work on battleplans for CTF. I know some maps

are fairly straight forward, but I have ideas for the few that aren't. If you are

interested, drop me a note or talk to me in IRC.

Really... nothing to add this week. Been too busy with RL crap outside of work. Loved

the EIII trailer... examined it nearly frame-by-frame. Have to agree with Jac on the

"fave" spots... it's going to kick ass.
