<> State of the Order> Not too much going on lately, to report. Things are still going rather well, I think. There's been a lot of consistant activity within the gaming nights, and the Tournaments. By way of announcement, remember, the Tournament is tomorrow, for those who have qualified. Also, there's a Bracket Tournament in the works for both XvT and XWA, so make sure to sign up to that by emailing me, and letting me know which Bracket you want to be in (XvT, XWA or both). Also, I've taken Shadow on as a Magistrate. Yep, Thrustworthy himself. He's going to be in charge of working with persons he selects himself to come up with new ideas for different competition type. So basically, it's going to be his job to help this office bring you new and interesting things to participate in. I've also added Kraval Novir and Chaosrain to my Royal Guard Cell. Both are from Taldryan, and both worked well together in the matches I saw, and played with them. Work still progresses on event ideas and fiction for the Sith War. All-in-all, I think things are going well, and I hope you all continue to improve. I apologize for the delays in medals, and such. I've got term papers to write, and a take-home test for my Criminal Justice class, as well, so I've been busy lately. I'm still making progress on the revamping of Sith SA tests, and those should be released by end of April as planned, if things continue smoothly.
Also, since some people have wondered, the "Sith History" forum on the MB is just for working over the reign of the Dark Lords, as decided at the end of the "Sith Lords Reborn" competition. I've asked the winners of the comp, and a few other select individuals to help me with it, and we're right now going over rough ideas, and will eventually detail the reign of the Dark Lords as it pertains to our Club. Yes, it will have some similarities with stuff as presented in KOTOR, and other Star Wars canon information; no, it will not be 100% consistant, since we want to have some creative freedom within this Club. When it's done, and ready for release, everyone will see the final product, and I will also recognize, and present in public, those people who have helped with the endeavor.

<> The Sith Order recognizes...> I'd like to remind everyone about the Sith'Aran. Yes, this is a creative take we have used on the "Sith'Ari," from KOTOR. They are those "Perfect Ones" who will destroy the Order, and restore it to glory. Fictionally, these are terrible beings to behold, and have great respect, reverence, and power within the Order. Realistically, they are people who have shown excellence in some fashion, and have been honored by the Order. This is not a permanent position; you maintain your worth, or you are respectfully removed. Depending on the impact you have/had among the Order, the need for you to maintain your standing might be less than others. The following are the current members of the Sith'Aran:
Overlord Rekio Corsair Tarentae _(long-standing servant of the Order; champion of the Second Sith War)_
Overlord Doni Tzu _(long-standing member of the Order of much renown; pilot of respected standing)_
Dark Jedi Master Keirdagh Taldrya Cantor _(former High Warrior of much fame; pilot of respected standing)_
Grand Master Firefox _(former High Warrior of great tenure and fame; former Dark Lord of the Sith)_
Dark Side Adept Xanos Sadow _(former High Warrior; champion of the Serpenti)_
Yes, there are a couple of names missing. Those who have been among the honored of the Order whose contributions have not merited continued standing may rise again, just as those who have yet to make contributions may rise to this station of honor. I am currently pondering additions to this group of honored Brothers, and as I see fit, will award members of the Sith with induction. Make yourselves known, and be of great worth to the Order, and to the Brotherhood, and your names will be entered here, as well.

<> Sith Site/Battle Compendium> Rekio has a Beta Testing Site up, at http://www.tarentum.org/compendium/ as some of you may have noticed. For those willing to help Beta test these missions, and who contribute well to this cause, rewards will be given from, yep, me. I appreciate the work Rekio has done, and continues to do, and recently awarded him with an Amethyst Kukri for it. Work continues on a permanent Order Site, that will house the Compendium, as well.

<> Sith in Fiction> I think what I'm eventually going to start here is a fictional depiction of the Order, so that we can trace the history of the Sith at this point through story. This will probably take a while, and only be a few paragraphs at a time. I may even do it once a month, or bi-weekly perhaps. I'll keep you all informed of it. It'll also likely lead up to things like the Sith War, and other major competitions, that I want to add in fictional background for. Stay tuned!

<> Competitions> Tuesdays and Thursdays in #gmrg for weekly gaming events, Saturdays in #outerrim for the ICTE, and the bi-weekly Tounaments on Sunday in #gmrg, as well. And yep, tomorrow happens to be the Tournament! If you're qualified, be ready for it. If not, hopefully you'll be ready for it next Tournament.
In addition, the current fictional competition coming out of my office is "The Greatest Warrior of All Times!" Basically, this is a fun, slapstick, farce, humor competition, meant to be light, and easy. Basically, each month I pick a "warrior" for you to write about. Make it a funny story. Make Jac the Don Quixote of the Brotherhood, who is nothing more than a delusional old man on a nag; make Yacks the Casey Jones, who is more hype than hero. Just make it funny, and remember, the hero for each month is the one who grades them. First-level Crescents will be awarded to the participants, with a Dark Cross for each month's "warrior," for being good sports. Remember, for this month of March, the Deputy Grand Master, Mav Cantor, is the warrior. Get writing, have some fun, and make Mav laugh! Email entries to me, so I can zip them up, and send them all at once to Mav, for his benefit.
And don't forget, we have XvT/XWA Bracket sign-ups going on now! Email me to sign up, and let me know which you want to sign up for, or both!

<> Miscellaneous> I've been mentioning little tidbits about the Sith War, because I want people to be ready for it. I've already said, it won't be out for a while, because we have the IGs, then we need a break, and Clans need to be able to run their own comps in-between. But I want everyone ot have ample time to prepare, because I want every Clan to do good, and I want everyone to have the opportunity to make a name for themselves, and to do well. So far I've mentioned, I play on having Allegiance and Battlefront be major portions of the War. This could mean that there will be a lot of Allegiance and BF matches, or maybe that they'll be worth more points; who knows. I've also said that there will be fighters as rewards for all the Clans, but that each Clan will have the opportunity to gamble with their Capital Ships, if the Clan Summit so chooses. There's going to be the possibility of great gain, but also great loss. It's up to the Clans to decide what stakes they'll put up, but just remember, you only get what you work for. Get practicing with Allegiance, and Battlefront. We're going to have Allegiance and Battlefront Tournaments for Clans to earn Cap Ships from. Be active, encourage your Clans participation, and rise to the top.

<> Conclusion> Brackets, Fiction and Cap Ships; Oh my! And if you don't get that joke, don't worry. I think I'm somewhere over the rainbow with exhaustion and not wanting to do term papers anymore. In any event, keep in touch with the stuff I report on. I try not to make my reports too dry, or hard to read, but there's almost always information to help everyone succeed, and have chances at earning things. Be a part of something good, make yoru Clan something worth being a part of. The Sith Order, and the Krath and Obelisk Orders as well, are only as good as the members. Keep that in mind, and have a good weekend. I'll see everyone at the Tournament tomorrow. The Qualified List will be out soon!
