So this is my first report as PCON, and as you may have figured out I plan to release my reports every Friday while Kir takes Mondays with his CON report. I guess well cover a few of the same things but in our own way, thought we might switch it up later so they work together better. For now Im sticking with the same general outline I used for Quaestor Reports, so it should be familiar to people in Dinaari. Anyways, just like to say thanks to everyone whos congratulated me and that Ill try my best to keep Tal kicking ass.

Well, after serving in the position for over three months, TBAs reign of terror was finally ended when Kir announced that I was going to be the new PCON. But, we didnt want to get rid of him forever just yet so TBA is now the Aedile of House Dinaari. Im sure well soon see him working on the Dark Council.
If you werent around on IRC last Thursday you missed a hell of a Tal Trivia match. Sharad and I were neck and neck through most of the entire thing but I managed to beat him out in the tie-breaking question by knowing where Kir now works. LSSs were awarded to Shar, Ziggy, and myself. Try to make it next Tal Trivia its hilarious stuff.
Sharad has returned to activity and has started working with Benevolent on a Taldryan site overhaul. I dont know all of what that entails but I know theyll be working on some cool new features for the site, so look forward to that in the future.

Ben was appointed Quaestor of Dinaari as we had planned a few weeks ago to make things easier for him. I know hell do great things with the House. With his appointment to Quaestor Ben now needs an Aedile to call his own. Hes asked for applications so if youre interested apply to him.
The SHAFT competition is still running but ends at the end of March. Good chance for everyone to gain crescents and some merit awards. Just get out there and win some matches. Remember to continue reporting matches to me because I have all the scores in a little document already.

Ektrosis is currently running an AWOL Check. All members are to email Dark Sabre ([Log in to view e-mail addresses]) not the mailing list with the topic AWOL Check so his filters catch it. Get those in by April 5th or youll be thrusted out of the House.
The Weekly Topics competition just ended with Chaosrain and Tiberius winning all the medals. Id like to see more people from Ektrosis working these competitions. Do you really want to keep getting schooled by the likes of Chaos and Tib? :P
Dark Sabre is going on leave for spring break until April 2nd.

Greatest Warrior of All Time Each month the SHW will pick a random DB member to write about. The purpose is to write a funny, slapstick-style story about how the warrior is so great. Entries are graded by the current Warrior and must be emailed to Bloodfyre ([Log in to view e-mail addresses]) by the end of March.

We-he-ell though this is still my first week on the job Ive got a few projects or group projects in the works. Im not 100% sure what Kir likes to keep secret so Ill just not care and announce what I feel like. The first thing, and one of the more important things relating to members is a behind-the-scenes merit rewards system/activity tracker. Other clans are rewarding their members with DCs to Steel Crosses for blinking on IRC, while we tend to save merits strictly for Vendetta-like competitions. Id like more of a happy medium so Im working on a points system. Basically, you get points for doing the stuff you do daily. Mping, ACC, fiction, SA courses, etc, etc and well probably make it a monthly thing where the QUAs will run through their activity lists and will reward people based on how many points theyve earned in the last month. Ill announce more on that when its actually finished.
We recently got back the finalized Taldryan clan powers but Kir and I think they need a bit more work. Some of the names in particular are a bit well theyre odd. I believe once weve finished up the details and get them approved the clan powers can start to be used in fiction and ACC matches. Ill look into that to make sure its all good.
The only other real thing I can think of is a document the Envoy leader-guy wanted done, but its fairly boring and only really involves envoys. Im not sure if its going to be added to the site or not, but it basically just outlines what we want our current and future envoys to do.
