G**reetings, all. Over the last few weeks, I have been incredibly busy, both in real life and online. In the coming weeks, I will again be seeking to restore my software so that I can return to all of my proper duties as DGM. In the mean time, I'll be working on other aspects of my job and working with my staff to see that things are working fine. I'll also be conducting a few informal summit reviews this coming week. Beyond this, I've also been working on finalizing arrangements for a new guild... More on that will be announced as its finalized.

As far as reality for me goes...
I was elected Treasurer of my student government here on campus, which will take up a bit more time, but I've arranged my classes such that I will have more DB-time next semester. My class load will be intensive, but I'll be able to get more work done between classes, allowing me to focus more on the DB in my free time than I was able to this semester. I'll also be developing a clear picture of what myself and my staff will do (the first part of that to be released in this report), so that the DGM's office will be more effecient. Thats it for this week, but I'll have more next week. :)

**Interclub Training Event**

I will be working with the ICTE Manager to provide an easy-to-access location for the storage of ICTE Spreadsheets. This way, any Clan/House can track their members' activity beyond just CFs, as CFs do not always tell the whole story.

Below is an updated All-Star List, complete with the last three people to earn the award. Duga made it again, twice, beating our Merlance for the number of times on the list at four. Ma'ar-Tyrius Ga-Tir(Smoke :P) made the list for the first time a couple weeks ago, so congratulations to him!

To Clarify the rules on Crescents and All-Star awards in the ICTE: In order to place for crescents in the ICTE, a member must play at least 7 opponents and earn at least 12 CFs. The person who meets both of those criteria and also earns the most CFs that week will be added to the ICTE All-Star list, and awarded with a CR-1A. A CR-1S and a CR-1E will be given to runners-up who earn enough CFs but do not take the top level of participation. In the event of a "tie" for a place, the person with the most wins earns the place. If this is also tied, both members "tie" for the spot and are given equal credit.

*System Manual *

The new P:SCL is currently working on getting the system manual up and running, and I'll be working with him to be sure that it is exactly what we want. I'll keep everyone updated on that as progress is made, and I'll seek to involve Clans in the project shortly, as many have their own system manuals. The DB system manual is not designed to entirely replace the Clans', but it is meant to be a central, uniform location for the storage of general information on DB territories, as well as territories of our enemies.

Interclub Relations

We've got a new ally. A long-time friend of the club, the New Republic's Fifth Fleet will make a stellar partner in future competitions and relations. We've already worked with them on projects in the past, and we look forward to working with them in the future to bring quality events to both our memberships. :)

*M:DGM-Applications Being Accepted *

Alright... I've said this was coming for a while, so here it is:

The applications for the first of my magistrates slots is now open. This magistrate position will be the Foreign Affairs Minister for the my office. Essentially, this person will handle the initial contact and setting up of alliances between the Brotherhood and other organizations, as well as being the DB's representative when it comes to planning of interclub competitions. I will have the final say, but my Magistrate will work with me to ensure that things run smoothly. This person will also have a variety of other duties related to "external" activity. The position will not be a constant stream of work in all likelyhood, but as events occur, the workload will fluctuate. This is a way for a member to gain a lot of experience working on some high-profile stuff. Now, onto what any applications should contain:

-Member of the DB for at least six months: I'd like any applicant to have been in the Brotherhood for several months, so that they better understand the workings of the club and what activities are of interest to the members..

_-Experience in other organizations: _This is not necessary, but a major plus. Just briefly cover what you've done elsewhere and why that'd make you a good choice to be an ambassador for the DB.

In addition to the above, please include the typical aspects of an application, including leadership experience, plans for the position (based on what information I gave above... Feel free to ask me for more if you feel you need to), special skills, etc. Include whatever you think is necessary... If you have any questions, please ask me. Otherwise, submit your applications to me by email at [Log in to view e-mail addresses]
