1) I will be putting in promo system that is similar to what's on TC.org. However, it will be different. The idea will be that the AED+ will login, go to the dossier of the person they want to rec a promo to, enter the reason then it will then be put into a queue that the order leader of that person will check. Once that is done he/she will submit it off to the MAA for the final approval/denial of the rec. Once it is submitted the database will be updated and a email will be submitted to the person that rec'd it. I'm going to try to also have the CON/PCON/QUA/AED cc'd to but that will be after the script's been tested. I will be coding this feature next week.

2)I will be setting up skills that you can put on your dossier next week as well. This will be done before the promo script is in place (Since it would be easier to code).
