What's Important...> Hey all. It's about time I had the ability to put out a report. I apologize that it's been so long; I honestly had hoped that summer classes wouldn't have me this busy. Unfortunately, there's no signs of slowing yet. However, there are things still happening, and still progressing. I appreciate the people who have offered to help me with things, in order to keep projects and the Sith in general proceeding. If I haven't yet contacted you to assist me, don't worry; I'll probably be in touch with you soon (if you offered).

I decided I'd change the report up a bit. I'm not sure how long this will last, but these headings seemed more appropriate to me for the time being. So, what's important? Well, there's still a number of things proceeding as far as projects. One of which has been the XWA Bracket Tournament, which has been following along the XvT Bracket results, which had Godo Nurok of Exar Kun winning, and Rekio Corsair and Yacks Cantor tied for Second in that. As far as the XWA Bracket goes, it hasn't been easy, but we do have winners. Yes, we have winners. Merlance and Rakhai had some troubles playing the match, and because of this, I've worked out the following solution with the both of them. Merlance and Rakhai are sharing First Place. They will both receive First Place-tiered personal ships, and win a squadron of TIE Defenders for their Clans. Exar Kun tops off with two squadrons of the Defenders, while Tarentum picks up a squadron, as well. For Third Place in the XWA Bracket, Welshman and Erlandil both did extremely well, but circumstances weren't easy in any of the matches, even up to the end. Taking Third Place is Welshman, who will gain his own personal fighter. I commend Erlandil for all of his efforts, and because of this, I don't see Erlandil as having lost anything. He represented his Clan well, and should be proud of his achievement.

Yes, the ship list is not out yet (I can anticipate at least Godo reminding me of that. ;) Heh.) I have asked Rekio to work on it for me, and when he has compiled the entire list, and has it ready, it will be made available for people to choose from. Because it has taken so long, I may even upgrade peoples' choices, to show my gratitude for your patience.

As some of you may have noticed, there has been a poll, and discussion regarding the Sith ranks for the Equites, and the possibility of changing them. There have been many opinions and thoughts given, and debated, and I have appreciated all of the input. The debate ended as a tie, though it didn't seem like there was as much rejection towards changing them, in the end, as it was a rejection of changing them to "something bad." Therefore, there is going to be a poll given to the Sith Order on The content? You all get to vote for what ranks you want. There was a lot of talk, and taste for Warrior, Marauder, Warlord, and others. All the options noted will be made available, including some old favorites. Yes, Battlemaster, Battlelord and Warmaster will be there to vote on. I would like you all to consider what ranks you like, which ones seem to flow the best, and pick. I'm going to arrange possible combos for the ranks, and the Order will get to vote for whichever we like best. I encourage you all to vote, and Clan Summits, I would ask that you all make sure your Sith members are aware of this. Not everyone reads DC reports, but Summits should, and this is something every member of the Order needs to voice his or her opinion on.

What's Not...> I'm not sure yet what's not important, but worthy of note. I can think of other things that have happened, that you might like to hear about, but that's what's going to go under "What's Interesting..." So, for the time being, what's not important is, getting so caught up in things, we forget what this is about. We're a Club to have fun, and to make friends to enjoy ourselves with. Anything that detracts from that is not important, and should be left behind. Have fun, remember what's important, and what's just superfluous crap that you don't have to get caught up in.

What's Interesting...> Items of interest were the recent change in the Commander of the Guard. Sharad replaced Jasru, who I believe did a fine job in the time he had. Jasru is a good guy, he tried to give everything he had for the Guard, and I commend his efforts. Sharad is a former OHC, former Taldryan Proconsul, former streetwalker, and whatever else he's done. If you've got twenty bucks, Sharad probably has the ability to earn it from you. Heh, kidding Shar. But anyways, congrats to him on that. Also, Anshar Kahn and Vail Unteminar were made Dark Side Adepts. Much congratulations to the both of them.

I think the major item of interest to nerds, geeks, fanboys, and closet Star Wars fanatics is the upcoming release of the movie. If you don't have your tickets... it's ok, neither do I. I'm doing as I did with the other two: giving it a week or two to avoid the lines, and stupid people, and will see it at my leisure. Get excited, get into it, but please, don't act like you know me. Heh. Kidding. Have fun with this. This is an event that's almost once in a lifetime. The original trilogy defined imagination for a generation, and really set a standard to which other movies tried to stand up to. It goes back to the ideal of this club: have fun with it, and remember this is a leisurely, pastime organization. Go get your tickets, grab your popcorn and plastic lightsabers, and have a good time.

And if you post any spoilers, or try to tell me about it, I'll kill you all. :P

What's Happening...> Results are coming for the Greatest Warrior comps for March and April. Yes, they are, promise. They were never forgotten, but I apologize for the delay. I've also decided, I'm putting them on hold until after the Independence Games. I think it's too much writing to ask you to do, considering the Monthly Topics and other events Telona works hard on for you. Get ready to have some fun if you choose to participate in the IGs, and get into whatever really gets your butts in gear. If you're looking for something to do, there's always stuff going on. If it's not as "exciting" as you want, or "doesn't provoke your creativity," please, give us some feedback. When we shoot and miss, the only thing we can do is shoot again, and hope to get closer. This is often tedious, and stressful to the DC, because we don't like hearing, "this sucks," "you suck," "do something good." We have ideas, we hope you'll enjoy them, but we appreciate, and encourage you all to tell us what would be cool, fun, awesome, and really get your jets going. And no, we're not going to have a "pr0n-off," Shadow, so don't ask. Just, whatever you like, let us know. Be a part of us, let us be a part of you, and let's all have fun. yeah, even the DC members need to have fun. I know, Yacks is kind of a wet blanket sometimes, and Mav's idea of fun is stupid knitting and bridge tournaments, but even they can warm up to other ideas too. ;)

To Wrap It Up...> To wrap it up, remember, be a part of the Club, not someone who's just along for the ride. Have fun with what you do, and try to at least make someone else laugh, and have fun too. No, there will not be a "pr0n-off" ever, Shadow. Stuff happens in the DB; please, read reports. Summits, please, tell people about things. We'll love you if you do. Spears may even send you pictures of his legs. He claims to have the best legs in the DB. And with that, Elvis is leaving the building. Thank you and goodnight! Heh.
