Herald Report

If you have Star Wars news to report, drop me a line.

  • Site Reconstruction

The RPG stuff is on hold while we sort out the utilitarian parts of the site (the two guides and info).

SWGN Staff has started their collection of data for when

the site is finished. It'll be great when fully operational.

  • Grant Of Arms

They'll be available again after Rebirth hits.

  • Custom Lightsabers

Nothing New.

The Quotable Star Wars

AFI ha dthe rundown of the 100 best movie quotes of all time. Star Wars makes an appearance at #8 with

“May the Force be with you.”

On my own note I'd like to add the most incorrectly quoted movie line in all history.

"Luke, I am your father."

Of course, everyone here knows it should be:

Darth Vader:"Obi-Wan never told you what happened to your father."

Luke Skywalker: "He told me enough. He told me you killed him."

Darth Vader: "No. I am your father."

Next time you're around someone that says it wrong... smack them.

Lucas Honored by AFI

out the pictures of some of the guests.

Life Imitates Art (sort of)

Two-month old Norwegian princess [Leah Isadora](http://news.yahoo.com/news?

inspired by Star Wars heroine Princess Leia, was christened in the royal palace chapel.

All's Quiet...

The talk on SW gaming has been pretty quiet this week. There's been no new in any of the coming games, and info on the

original community-made content like maps and models are being saved for the SWGN site.

The SWGN site will be great when it gets up and running though. We'll have info on all the current games the DJB plays,

the info for all the servers we have, and reviews on maps and mods for pretty much anything Star Wars related.

Just another busy weekend ahead. Not as bad as it has been, but not as good as sitting around the house watching TV,

doing DJB stuff, playing games, or sleeping - any of which I'd much rather be doing. Tomorrow I get to go to a party,

but I don't intend on staying around too long. Sunday I go to another get-together. Both days the fun starts at 2 PM.

I'd rather be home, working on DJB stuff, playing SWG/BF2/GW.

The AFI awards were fun to watch. I enjoyed Harrison Ford's stories, they were quite entertaining.
