Greetings Lords and Ladies of Hex,

Let me take this opportunity to apologize for my long Leave of Absence as Real Life commitments drew my attention away from the Dark Brotherhood! Now that that time has passed, I return with vigor and perspicacity to renew my bonds of vassal hood to House Ektrosis.

There have been a few spots of news that have broken the mold, the first being the massive AWOL check the GM is currently running. Thus if you have not already done so please log on to the DB and clear you name from the deletion list! On account that you wish to continue your presence within the DB, if not then I wish you the best of luck in any future endeavors!

The Tal Tally has been released, so all of you who have yet to vote please do so. It’s a formal awarding ceremony within Taldryan for outstanding members within the Clan; similar to the academy awards or any other award show celebrating the best within a certain category! The Tal Times has also been released, so do feel free to catch that as well, my own articles is present so I expect a few of you to have comments if we ever chat on mIRC.

Volunteer:-

Okay this is an important section so pay attention. I am trying to compile a history for Hex, along with our possessions. Phoenix have their Medallion, so what does Hex have. Nothing! Well you’re wrong we do have something we just need to create it! : P I need a volunteer to help me create fiction on Hex' origins and our guidelines; this would include

GFX for our possession what ever it maybe. But none the less I need a volunteer so if you are up for the task drop me a line!

(2) Title: The Greatest Warrior of All Times...

Specifics: In the spirit of farce, and fun, I'm going to be picking one "warrior" each month, for people to write about. This "warrior" is going to be someone from within the Brotherhood. Each month, people will get to write about this warrior in farce, slapstick, and good-natured fun stories. If Jac is the warrior, everyone can write about the accomplishments of the Grand Master, who is a nitwit, and gains more victories out of sheer luck, rather than skill. If the warrior is Yacks, you car write about a self-indulgent, half-wit warrior who is much like Casey Jones (all talk, no bite). If the warrior is Shadow, you can talk about the fierce fighter who runs around, and frightens off his enemies by showing them the STD's he has, and asking how to get rid of them. This competition will run for as long as people find it interesting; that's why the competition is submitted for the next year (just in case). Each story must be at least a page in length, size 12 fonts, Times New Roman. Awards will be First-level Crescents, and all entries will be judged by whoever the "warrior" for the month is; each "warrior" will receive a Dark Cross for being a good sport. In this, the Dark Council is encouraged to participate, and may even be among the "chosen warriors."

Awards: First-level Crescents to be awarded by each "warrior" for the three they enjoyed the most; Dark Cross to the "warrior" for each month, for being good sports
