Dark Greetings Fellow House Members of Satal Keto,

Holy Hell, 2 weeks and no report. Didn't notice that till today when I went to do this week's report. Apologies for this, if I had noticed earlier that I had missed last weeks I would have been right on it. However, as many of you are aware I did keep my promise about the Satal Keto website. Two Sundays ago, I released the site to the #plagueis channel and got some good feedback. The best however was from Obelisk Prelate Arso who redesigned the header and side backgrounds as well as created a bunch of title headings which I have yet to install into the site. If you look into my project section you can see what I have planned to do to the site this week.

With the 2 week gap between reports its means Ive missed reporting on a bunch of awards and such as well as missed to name last week's Satal Ketoian. So expect 2 names this week...or maybe 1 name for both who knows....

Onto the state of the House, at this moment I've been informed that tomorrow every single INACTIVE member will be removed. That means our house will drop an estimated 20 members. To add this this, all those below PRT have been emailed by our Rollmaster Xen'Culo, who will not be moving on to all those PRT-DJK with myself to introduce into the MSP. All those above DJK, you'll be receiving an email shortly from me informing you of things you can do for the House, whether this be MSP or writing house fiction, ect. Everyone will have been contacted by the RM and QUA by the end of this week and leave room for us to take the next step into several projects I have planned for the house.

Important Announcments

Aedile Steps Down

Due to time limitations, Cyris has stepped down from Aedile. As well, to be in familiar settings, he has transferred to House Bane. While I hate to see him go, I understand and wish him luck in House Bane. As for the Aedile position there are several members me and Chi are interested in and I'll be speaking to them shortly "probing" you for details so beware the flashing name of Warhunter on IRC.

How do I get promoted?

Back again, Ive deicated a full section to this topic. For the past few days Ive heard from many ppl asking what they can do to advance in rank. While after discussing it with enough of you I decided Ill just post the answer here. Myself and Xen'Culo will be getting together to work out all the current achievements and requirements HSK members have to date. With this we will award those worthly or send an email to each individual explaining their last steps. If you have a master, don't expect a promotion from us unless you know your master has contacted Lucien and us about your completed tasks. We cannot interfere with the MSP, however if you have done a number of activities that impresses us you may see a shiny medal award under your name.

Independence Games 2005

After hundreds of emails, thousands of minutes given to bitching, and the last drop of blood falling to the ground; the IGs have come to a closure. BUT WHO WON?

PLAGUEIS! Thats right, we took the gold (or a least enough of em to win) and have come through on top. Congrats to all those that won events and medals. Thanks to those that participated, Chi is handing out medals to those that participated. Some of already been received, congrats!

DV Articles Due on the 16th

This is an excellenet way to earn a Dark Scroll. Write up some journalistic event thats happened fictional in the DB and submit it to the Dark Voice to have it read by the ENTIRE DB. To can view past articles at: http://dv.darkjedibrotherhood.com.

Submission of the Month

FOr those that don't know; theres a page on the clan site that members can submit their fictions, graphics, ect for the clan to view and comment on. In addition to this, at the end of every month the Consul selects one submission that stood out the most and names it the Submission of the Month. This honour expands into the form of a nice shiny Dark Cross for the member's dossier. June's SUbmission of the Month came from HSK and more importantly Langis! Congrats!

Clan Channels-A reminder from last week

Ever wonder why you might have been boot/ban from #plagueis? What did you do to deserve this?

Everyone should realize that when you are in the DB channel you are still a guest, even if its your own clan channel. Therefore you have to adjust to the set rules of each channel. In Plagueis there are a number of rules and regs that each member must follow, and many more clan guests have to follow. Before you speak on IRC I suggest to speak to myself or Chi-Long and get an understanding of these rules.

MP Nights-Another Reminder

Well it looks like your all getting the message. Christ more CoFs Ive ever seen come from SK in one week compared to 6 months in CSK. Congrats guys, now lets pick it up. Taldryan awoke last week to take by the MP nights so its our turn to smash their faces. Email me if your interested in participating in MP Nights and ill set you up with all the required information

NOTE- even though they are called MP Nights, games can be played throughout the days of Tuesday and Thursday. More information will be coming with the House Site.

Envoy Assistant Position Filled

Well, as the title says the Assistant Lucien was looking for as been filled. If you see this goofy Than Occassus guy running around the HSK complex; do not shot at first sight! Wait until after he's found you a master or given you the tasks to reach PRT. Then go nuts! :P.

Competitions

CP Current Events

The HSK Competition Highlight for this week is the clan competition: CP Current Events.

As I've mentioned before, this montly competition allows members of the clan to current a fictional story of the current events of CP. Things like a members promotion, battles in the ACC, rise of Clan Leaders, ect can all be used. Special notice should be given that last month's Current Events comp was won by HSKer Langis and also earnt her the title of Submission of the Month. Will it be you this month that cames both those titles in 1 comp? Only time and your activity will tell.

Current Projects

Fix Report Scheme- Went to do my report tonight, and as those know in the IRC channels its taken me a couple hours to get this done. Mainly due to the lack of cooperation of the scheme I had created with the House Site. Hopefully I can get the scheme working by next weekend for you all. If not, ill come up with a different way to report some additional information.

Individual Tasks and Preparation for Rebirth With the merge and the upcoming completion of Rebirth, a lot of ppl have been skipped lately in the information turnaround. Me and Xen are working on not only providing you with the tasks for advancement in the DB(Xen's Job) but will be commuicating with you to watch your progression and help guide you into the new era of the brotherhood (thats my job). My hopes are once everyone is aware of what they need to do to advance, we can have a system with smooth transitions; As well as active and regular communication between those above and those below.

House Website- As a work to assit in the smooth transition of individuals and the regular communication of important information; Ive been working on using the site for much more than what was used previously in CSK's house sites. I want our house site to not only provide members with a place to find a grouping of information on the DB and its functions but also to provide leaders with a resource to help explain answers and comments. Ex: Allowing the QUA/RM to provide a link in their welcome emails to a page with additional information on using the Administration Page, SA, ACC, MP Nights, ect.
