It would be odd if anyone doesn't know this, but Arcona has taken 2nd place in the RoS so far! However, this is far from over. Our placing may be snatched away by another Clan, so you are all encouraged to do your best! At the end of this, medals (And perhaps promotions!) will be handed out to Qel- Dromans who participate.

Now, up 'til this point, there has been only Gaming. Now, a Special Event has been released! Remember, points for this event is ALSO given out for PARTICIPATION! So give it a try! There's nothing to lose even if you don't place. ^_^ The following was taken from the DB Main Page...

The first of the special events. This runs two weeks, and will be added to the total of one of the updates. Participation also scores points, so if you can’t game for whatever reason, nothing will stop you from scoring points now.

The war has just begun. How is your character adjusting to battle? Is he or she in the trenches somewhere? Is he or she whimpering in the back? Or slaughtering things all around?

In other words: a fiction(TNR 12, 2 pages minimum, no max), with the subject being your character in this war. Entries are due Sunday the 18th. Recipients should be me, Telona, and Kaek. We will judge them on writing, creativity, originality and humor.

It's really easy and can be potentially fun! Warriors of Qel- Droma, this is an easy opportunity for points! If we have to lose 2nd place, the least we could do is to put up a helluva fight!! So I say, go for it!
