Greeting's Galeres,

I do realize that I have been gone for awhile and havent really fallen into place as QUA to full strength yet but I would like to remedy that. If I havent talked to the newer members I would like to do so and if I havent been the same ole Quejo I do so apologize. But enough of that, let's get down to buisness.

Galeres Announcement's:

As you all know Qel Droma has been shut down and the members have been Transferred to our House. No longer are we strictly a gaming House which isnt a problem because I write more than I do game. To better make the Krath of Galeres feel more welcome I have opened up a Krath BT for you, therefore I'm going to need a TET :) All applications should be sent to Gavin and I with the email topic being "TET application." Applications will be due in a week so if you dont want to miss your chance get it in.

I have talked with Kosk and he will be holding Monthly Competitions for Galeres. I suggest checking them out and doing them to show us that your actually doing something. Please note that even though he will be hosting Galeres Monthly Topic comps I will still make other comps for us to do.

Another thing that I will have (and this is Wolvie's Idea) will be Galeres training nights. He had it to where he assigned member to member training but that's what the Master/Student program will be about. What I'm talking about is picking a couple of the best writers and best gamers (preferrably veterans) to train the newer members in certain platforms. Ex - I will be hosting Allegiance training nights. What I'm going to need is a few people that are patient and can willingly train our members to be the best that they can be. So that in the future competitions/wars we will be ready to dish it out.

What I will need is a JA trainer, an ACC trainer (I will discuss this with you once chosen), And I'll need a JO trainer. If anyone else has any other platforms let me know and I'll get with you about it. I'm going to need you guy's to email me and let me know what you want to do with a slight background of your gaming experiences and skills.

Another thing I would like to do is get a website going for our House. Preferrably something new since we are basically rebuilding Galeres from scratch here. If you have any coding skills and can make a website let me know. You will be rewarded.

Just some thoughts:

Ok there are a few thing's I would like to get off my chest. One thing is if any of you EVER have a problem with the way thing's or run or if someone is picking on you or if your having problems with the DB even if you dont want to be in the club anymore let me know. There is no way we can read your minds. Instead of complaining about how bad thing's are talk to us and we can help you and possibly do something about your problems. As a summit we arent here just to keep the house running but we are here to help the members.

Another thing is this. When you dont do something you wont get awarded. What was that? yeah like I said you WONT get awarded, Why? because you didnt earn it. If you want to get promotions and medals then do something it's that easy. I wont award dead weight and I wont promote those who arent into making this house and clan a better place. That just shows me you dont want to be here. If anyone needs any information on how to do thing's or how to become active let me know and I will personally help you.

In Closing:

I would like to thank all of you who have been pulling your weight around here. You dont have to do thing's but you are and that's appreciated.

I would also like to welcome all of the new members and apologize for not getting to you sooner.
