If you were trying to transfer/join clans over the weekend, I have fixed the bug and its working now. Also, if you try to join Alvaak you'll have to refer to their webpage about joining. If the CON/PCON of Alvaak wish to let you join then they will email the MAA and he'll transfer you in.
