Remarks for the week

I am putting this section first because I can, and nobody reads the rest of the report...So might as well get everyone to read the beginning. I have had a couple things on my mind this week in regards to the house and clan in general. I will rely them to you all through neatly numbered form.

* We are a team.  It has been unsettling for me to see some people leave the house in the past two weeks for reasons that were partly due to the people and atmosphere in the house.  As QUA I am saddened when I lose good members for dumb reasons. One thing I really do not like is a lot of people's 'me first' mentality.  In this house the leaders want to be supportive as possible to all of you, we want to see you succeed, award lots of medals, and make this fun for all.  But I do not like it when members are only out to succeed for themselves.  Example: The New York Yankees (baseball team) are filled with players that attempt to succeed for themselves, and look were it got them, they lost again.  I want this house to be filled with people that are proud to be in Satal Keto and even more proud to be apart of Plagueis.  

* Please email me if you have any thoughts on how you believe the house could develop a greater sense of teamwork. I will award a medal to those of you who give good ideas to the summits.  

* Spam. If anyone noticed the conversation about Clan Names evolved into a political conversation (I think).  Use discretion when replying to emails, a lot of us enjoy the fun banter, but some people get pissed off. I reccommend going on the message board and carrying conversations on there, I personally like using it because I can make smiley faces and stupid crap like that. :P

House Archives - Now that the Plagueis site is in working order, the House Archives have been transfered to the Plagueis site (email all your future submissions to Virulence). If anyone has any ideas on what should be added to the house web site, email Sarin and I.

Caption Competition - I know a couple of you asked about all the captions from this, Virulence is going to put them all on the website he created soon, stay tuned.

Logo Competition - As for the logo competition I have recieved about 10 submissions, I am waiting on one more. When I get his I will judge and award medals. YAY!
