I know I missed last week report but it wasn't my fault entirely :P. I was actually restructuring the Gladius Letter of Commendation and House Champion systems. You will see that I've combined these to so that it will be easier for you to earn a GC (Yes, you can earn a Grand Cross now). I'm also working on a few other projects, one of them is a competition that was originally supposed to be Gladius only but it's a too cool competition to not include our Tridens brothers in it. A requirement for this comp is to be a member of a circle doesn't matter which one, check the 'Circles' section for more info. The other one is about the House site, I've built one a long time ago but beside being out of date it also needs a new face. If you think you could help us build it and have coding skills or graphics skills drop me and Windos an email. Join the team now and help us build this site. Other interesting stuff can be found in the rest of this report, please read it. I'll try to make it shorter next time. :P

•The new AED is Windos, the decision was very hard to take with all the applications I've got. With this occasion I'd like to thank all that applied.

•LoC and HC systems revamped, scroll down for info.

•Ylith is the new Daemoni leader, Levathan new KotN leader and Ziltopia Mytics leader. Congratulate them if you haven't already.

• The House site is being rebuilt, email me and Windos if you want in.

•The massive AWOL ended with a removal of 8 members: Bane, Bubba, Celahir, Daryus, Epimetheus Sorrone, Keshik Deceiros, maikeru, Russian_titan. Sorry to see you go guys.

As I said the LoC system has been revamped, I will post updates twice a month, in the middle and at the end of it.

The NEW rules are:

•3 Letters for participating in a DB wide comp except the gaming events; 

    &#8226;
    2 Letters for participating in a Clan/House competition;.  

    &#8226;
    1 Letter for an ACC(Antei Combat Centre) battle;  

    &#8226;
    1 Letter for 10 MP(Multi player) games;  

    &#8226;
    1 Letter for a SA(Shadow Academy)course;

Once you accumulate a specific number of letters you get awards, depending on the number and the your option (it’s up to you if you want a DC or continue with the same Letters and get a bigger medal):

10 Letters=Dark Cross; 

    15 Letters=Star of Antei;  

    20 Letters=Steel Cross;   

  100 Letters=Grand Cross;

If you accumulate 10 Letters and want to wait for a StA or higher send me an email.

      house champion title to the best. Once a month all the awards are recorded
      and according to point system a champion is selected.

100 Letters are a lot and getting them in less than a year+ seems almost impossible even for a member with good activity. So I combined the systems in the awarding of GCs and ease it up a bit.

Combinations (possible only when the member has won the house champion title at least 3 times): 

      70 Letters and 3 house champ titles=GC  

      60 Letters and 4 house champ titles=GC  

      50 Letters and 5 house champ titles=GC  

      40 Letters and 6 house champ titles=GC  

  30 Letters and 7 house champ titles=GC

Fire up your engines and start earning those Letters and medals!

Concerning the Halloween special ICTE I emailed you I'd like to thank those who participated. I couldn't believe my eyes when I saw we missed the Bonus CF's. We only needed one more CF, now that's bad luck. Doesn't matter we'll get them next time. As you may have seen the writing circleds in Gladius got a fresh breeze of leaders so don't be afraid to take join one. If you want to join a circle, drop me an email, it's that simple. The writing circles, the Keepers and the Mystics need new members bad, so if you're interested in writing fiction, poetry, run-ons etc, I'd suggest one of these. Not to mention that you need to be in a circle in order to participate in the new competition. I hope to hear from you.

Almost forgot to mention the new thread I've started on the Forum where you can post opionions, bich or just ask something regarding the House and it's activities.
