§ 1 Introduction
Members of House Exar Kun,
Hereby I would like to present to you my third report as Aedile. Our Clan is still on the move, but it seems like thing are getting shape after all. We are welcoming quite a few new members this week and suddenly our Clan has a new Proconsul, so welcome DJM Khameir Sarin. That is not all good news, because our rival House Satal Keto has a Quastor now. Please welcome JH Jaysen, who came over as a talented individual from Clan Taldryan. Personally, I never expected him, because this happened out of the blue and he was the making man back there. Our House Exar Kun is getting more and more stabile, while our Battle Teams are finally filling themselves with loyal members. I have to remind Kuns Requiem that there is a special competition going on for them on the forum. So please post and win yourselves some medals! Good luck Battle Teams, because we have a surprise coming up soon with the QU-project. We will keep you informed.
§ 2 Competitions
Here you see the outline for our House about all the competitions, which are currently running. We now have two competitions running for both our BTs and I heard that they want to compete against each other. Well, that can be arranged and so I would like to ask the two Sith Commanders to come up with a competition proposal together. I will try to come up with a new competition proposal for our House by the end of the week.

[BT ES] Returning to Eden
Somehow a distress beacon went off from the ruins of the former residence of House Bane. After discussing this in the House Summit the Battle Team Exar's Shadow was sent in to investigate this on Eden. None knew what to expect there, but there were still persistent rumours about the still wandering groups of pirates. Could it be true the Crimson Tide returned?

[BT KR] Elysian Expedition
It seems that Requiem's rival team has been selected to Investigate a disturbance on Eden the former homeworld of House Bane. Upon learning of this your Sith Commander Ocassus took up arms (personally) and planned an expedition into the Deserts of Exar Kun's homeworld Elysian. There is a temple in the desert that the house had been interested in but never investigated. You are have decided to join your team in the expedition. This adventure is not Clan sanctioned. Meaning we can do almost anything! While on this expedition we find something that may create alarm for the House. What is it?

§ 4 General information
Last but not least I will supply you with a short outline of general information. As Aedile I am supposed to check frequently on the Battle Teams, make notes about the running competitions and give you all an outline of what you can do in our House. But there is more than that.
As Aedile I will also help each and everyone of you within my powers. My basic principle from which I start working is trust; we need to be able to rely on each other, so we can be open-minded and honest to each other. To build up such trust we need to communicate: we can achieve this by email and IRC. Last but not least, I hold great respect to the ranks among our lines, but I myself see everyone equal or least equivalent as a person. This might sound a bit unorthodox, but nothing to scare one off. It is actually quite simple: In case you have a problem, a question or anything else, feel free to step into my office. I can not do my work properly when the distance between you (as a member of HEK) and me (as part of the Summit) can not be bridged. For all new and fresh members, if you need any assistance, please ask. A wise man once said that there are no stupid questions. So feel free to use such a freedom of movement and speech.
