First up, I'd like to apologise for my supreme lack of activity recently. Between my band's break up, family troubles, the holidays etc. it's been a little crazy, In retrospect I should have requested LOA, but everything just seemed to crop up out of nowhere. You'll be glad to know, however, that it's all done and dusted and I should be back to normal now.

Next, I'd like to wish you all a happy new year. I trust that everybody had a good time. Most of my free time this year has gone on trying to get a holiday booked and it looks like my labours have come to fruition. In June, I shall be off to Turkey for a week, so I can't wait for that.

Anyway, to business. I have a new competition out - Sapphire HQ. With the Kressh fortress on Aeotheran secured, Sapphire Squadron are expanding their facilities. Your job is to design our new base of operations. Where is the base located? What are the facilities? Is it on the planet itself? Is it some sort of orbital facility? Obviously, the more detail the better.

I've got some more competitions planned for the near future, so keep your eye out.

Once again, we are preparing for war. I expect you guys to do no less than show why we are the greatest of the Brotherhood's battleteams. I've managaed to get a copy of JA so I'll be participating in some of the gaming events. I'm also expecting to see lots of fiction and hopefully some ACC stuff from you guys as well. If you don't have any piloting skill on your ACC sheet you should really get to it - we are a flight squadron after all. I don't have any yet, but I will as soon as I finish my battle with Macron.

Well, I'm gonna call a halt there, I need to keep it brief coz I'm actually at work just now. I'll have another, more in depth report for you next weekend, then I'll be back to fortnightly reports.
